Shout out to Rob and Cameron in Starbucks who always go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. It’s always a pleasure to go in Starbucks after using the leisure facilities. I have to say all the staff at Newcastle Villlage are professional, friendly and hardworking. Great team 👍

The hotel is great and staff were all very nice, but I used the pool and enjoyed my swim, i then got in the sauna and there was a very large man with a tattoo on his head also in the sauna, he was very loud and talking about very right wing politics which i found racist and rude, after about 10 minutes of the man talking non stop I had heard enough and asked the man politely that I was offended by what he was saying to which he turned to me and replied aggressively I was in complete shock and quickly left the sauna very upset by what had happened I just wanted the hotel to be aware of what this man had said to me.
