It was an alright stay for one night but wouldn’t have been able to stay longer. The door to the toilet didn’t close (or lock) and the kettle didn’t work. Very basic and standard hotel. Nothing extraordinary, but fine for a very short “in and out” stay.

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The location was brilliant, just a 5 minute walk from central station and right next to the town center. The only issue we had was that it just didn't feel very clean. It was dusty and there were marks on the bathroom walls from clearly someone else's shower. So the rooms could definitely do with a freshen up!

The room had dirty floors that weren’t cleaned properly, this was also a theme in two other rooms my friends were staying in. The shower had black balls of fluff. Curtain didn't close properly so the light would shine through in the morning. The cost of the room is not worth what you pay.

worst experience of my life, we went out for a few drinks and headed home to be escorted out the hotel by police officers, would advise everyone and anyone to steer clear from this establishment. we were left abandoned on the streets of Newcastle in the early hours of the morning for no apparent reason.

Stayed here 2 nights 27-29th March 2022 with friends. Great location. Staff attentive, friendly and helpful. Stayed in rooms 101 and 103 and they were comfortable and had everything we needed. Only downside waa the rooms were next to the lifts and stairs so a lot of traffic passing through so quite noisy late into the night. However despite the hotel being right beside the train station and on a main road the noise from outside was minimal which was great. Wpuld say the floora are creaky and could do with an upgrade and the shower could be more powerful but for a short stay it was great.
