We had a lovely one night stay in this lovely hotel. We were greeted by Rita who was so friendly. We were given and upgrade for my birthday and also 2 free drinks. The room was amazing, extremely clean and with great views. It was very well equipped with a steamer for clothes too. We had a drink in the bar in the afternoon which was quiet and pleasant. On the evening the atmosphere was great. It was busy but well managed and a lovely vibe! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely recommend.
From the friendly smiles at arrival & the warm cosy bar & reception you won’t be disappointed with a stay at INNside. The room was so comfortable with a relaxing view of the river. You really could not ask for a more luxurious bed & all facilities are spotless. I had a minor issue & it was handled so amazingly by Gaby on reception - she’s a real asset to the hotel. All staff were lovely though. As a couple the open shower & sink was fine but I’d sadly not stay with a friend as no privacy except the toilet. We will certainly always stay here on any Newcastle visits though can’t recommend highly enough.
This is a superb hotel on the banks of the Tyne, reasonably close to both the city centre and the Arena. Friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay, we arrived early, but luckily our room was ready. Managed to secure one of the few car parking spaces attached to the hotel, £15 a day. Our corner room overlooking the river was very comfortable and well equipped, huge bed, large shower, safe and large screen TV. Highly recommended.
Room’s fantastic, clean, modern, functional and a little quirky. Fabulous location but next to no parking. Great value for money for a Saturday night in Newcastle. Breakfast was beyond poor. Selection not great, especially cold, yoghurts, fresh fruit, berries, compotes etc. Hot buffet was dismal, anaemic sausages, soggy bacon, both looked like they’d been cooked in the steamer, no colour at all. It wasn’t the quality of ingredients so much as the lack of skill and care in cooking them. I’m sure Gino didn’t hang his reputation on the breakfast offering. We will use the bedrooms again but will go into Newcastle for breakfast (as we did for dinner). Breakfast is the last impression for customers and you need to get it right.
Excellent customer service on arrival from Charlotte she gave us a warm welcome and advised us which bars to go to. Definitely recommend this lovely hotel rooms with a view to the quayside. Room beautifully cleaned spacious and a lovely surprise birthday drinks in the mini bar waiting for me. close to town centre lots of bars. Nice breakfast although que for coffee machine and only 1 machine working shame they didn't offer coffee at your table but overall great service 👍 definitely coming back we enjoyed our stay 😀 x
This is our ‘Go to’ hotel whenever we want to stay in Newcastle. From the most pleasant staff, fantastic rooms and the lovely Gino restaurant. Our stay this time was for the wife’s birthday and reception staff were aware and so lovely with us that we got a complimentary upgrade which was greatly appreciated. The Townhouse rooms are just the best but we’ve also stayed in Studio rooms too and are really comfortable. We have always eaten in Gino’s when we stay and can’t fault the food and service. I’m Coeliac and there’s always a good selection of Gluten free food to have and staff are aware of this condition. Can’t wait to have another stay soon as we love coming to this hotel. A credit to all the staff who work there.
well looked after, great staff very helpful and went the extra mile to make our stay most pleasant. room first class and spotless. lovely bar and food was good, Gino Dcampo restaurant brilliant loved it.
Staff are friendly, room was stunning. Nothing is too much trouble. Room was modern and has everything at your fingertips. Great location. Had an amazing nights sleep and have already booked up again. Looking forward to my next stay.would definitely recommend to fellow business travellers.
