Welcome to Kingswood. Our Modern En suite rooms are everything thing you would need for a comfortable, clean and welcoming stay. Free parking and Wifi. We are a family ran business providing accommodation in Historic Norton and we pride ourselves in our customer service. We are 5 minutes walking from Norton Village with 11 pubs and restaurants, shops, and bank. There is easy access to Stockton on Tees and Billingham which are both only 1/4 mile away with access to A19 to Middlesbrough(5M) and Hartlepool(8M). At Kingswood we have a range of accommodation from singles, twins,double and a family rooms.

I stayed in a small single room which was perfect for what I needed. The room was clean and tidy and the establishment was quiet. It was easy to gain entry in out of service hours and I managed to get the rest I needed. The rate was excellent!!

We stayed for the night as we were attending a party along the road café Lily Room is clean but the loo was a bit wobbly It was a bit noisy during the night with people banging doors elsewhere in the building and we didn’t stay for breakfast but by the looks of it the breakfast pretty good and everybody seem to enjoy them selves Our only complaint was that in the immediate area there were a number of homeless people and beggars who made you feel rather uncomfortable when we walked up the road to the café

Thank you for your review and glad you enjoyed your stay. I am at a loss at the comment about the homeless people and beggars. This is not near our Bed and Breakfast you walked into Norton. Like most towns now you do get people selling copies of shelter outside of Tesco but Norton Village is such a nice little village. I have seen any homeless people or beggars.

This was my first stay at Kingswood and it was really very pleasant. Due to my late-ish arrival, I followed the instructions sent by KIngswood and entered my room without any problems. Everything was very clean and the room itself was very comfortable. The shower was lovely and powerful, and the wifi worked a treat as well. Car Parking was ample, with there being an area at the rear to park as well. Great place and will certainly stay here again.

I booked this room for my husband. The room was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and professional. He had a very good stay there. The facilities were very good.

Rooms very recently refurbished to a good standard, the room was a little compact otherwise well laid, out with good fixtures and fittings, a very pleasany stay within easy reach of good local restaurants. Breakfast at the property was very good

Had a great stay! Friendly people, spotlessly clean rooms, and delicious cooked breakfasts. Kingswood is also in an excellent location just 1-2 mins away from the bus stop and 4-5 mins walk from Norton High Street with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Staff took good care of me and gave great recommendations for the area. Would love to go back.

We have stayed a few times. Always great value and very clean and comfortable Definitely recommend. Easy to check in and get keys and excellent location for the bars and restaurants in Norton. Parking is good too

Our staff travel around the uk and have experienced lots of accommodation B&B's & hotels alike. The reports for this facility are exceptional, the gentleman staying was very impressed with the B&B, how impeccable and clean the whole building is kept. He has insisted that on returning to this region of the UK that he is always placed at Kingswood. It is so nice to be able to leave a positive feedback, to confirm the quality, care and pride the staff at Kingwood with the service they provide. 100% recommendation to any potential guest considering staying at kingwood.

Room was clean - basic tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom large and clean - would have liked a larger bath towel. Doors closing on our landing were quite noisy but didn’t continue too late. Staff very welcoming. Very reasonable price for B and B. Would recommend if needing somewhere to stay for a couple of nights.

Great location on a descent bus routes, as not got access to a vehicle. Good room, clean, tidy and comfortable stay. Would consider staying here again in the future. Very friendly staff. Thank you for making a difficult time go much easier
