First class stay in a first class hotel, with a first class staff. Reception understood our special need upon arrival putting our mind at peace and allowing us to go for a walk until the room was ready (bravo Abby - apologies if typo on name - golden keys for you). Then whatever we asked, we got within minutes. And we did ask a few things. One minor note, the music in the Alice restaurant but we are sure that this will be fixed. The hotel, which has charming decorations, exceeded our expectations. PS - We too love Oscar Wilde.

I had always wanted to stay at the Randolph Hotel. The Hotel exceeded expectation , the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bed and bedding were some of the best I have slept on. The hotel is in a great position for all the the sites to see in this beautiful city.

Unique hotel, recently renovated with lovely design touches. Very clean, comfortable and fresh, with top-drawer staff and perfect central location. My room was excellent for a silent night's sleep, through the back of the hotel away from the street - which I prefer. Lovely food and dining/bar areas - a very memorable experience. Will be back!

Stayed for Two nights on a golfing trip. Very pleasant staff throughout the hotel which is beautifully located for all the sites of Oxford. The restaurant’s ambiance and service was first class. Bedrooms beautifully furnished and beds comfortable. Will return.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Oxford close to all the city has to offer. The overall decor and amenities were excellent - not your usual run of the mill hotel; it had personality. Service, food and ambiance were lovely and I couldn't recommend highly enough.
