There is no luggage storage service on thre check out day. As I think this is an usual serivce for most of the hotel because it is no extra cost for the hotel. If I knew before, I will try to store my luggage to other place before check out day, or select other hotel to stay.

Really impressed with This Travelodge. They were extremely helpful and flexible. I really need to commend the Chef that cooked the food that we had because it was delicious. I know that the other people in our party felt the same way. Thank you

Hotel is super clean this time when I visit. Toilet is spotless. All the staffs are so polite and friendly. Hotel Manager Nalene made sure everything's alright during my stay. Irene served the most delicious breakfast in the hotel bar. I will definitely come back.

This Travelodge is the best Travelodge we have ever stayed at as we keep coming back. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the MANAGER NALENE is always polite friendly and is always willing to help the house keeping is very good.

Everyone was very polite and welcoming I have anxiety so appreciated the kindness of the staff. Angie in the bar cafe was very lovely lady she made my daughter feel very welcome. I would be coming back in a few weeks.

Decided to try Central after a great stay at Riverside... the room was way too hot and stuffy for sleeping in, even for winter, we had to crack open a window that overlooked the busy bus station so hardly slept. General maintenance was poor (non working extractor, bathroom in need of deep clean) Attempted breakfast in the morning, the Cafe staff member was rude, the cooked breakfast buffet was inedible - uncovered, cold and very dried out, very little alternative on offer, and the staff member really didn't care about customer service until we got cross. Positives - not much, the front reception staff member was wonderful, and the cleanliness was passable.

Absolutely awful, night staff tried their best but day and early evening staff as useful as a chocolate fire guard. Receptionist clothing was so tight the top looked too small. My pregnant daughter was threatened by another person staying here merely because she asked them to keep the noise down and rolly polling at 4 am. Food was so under cooked we couldn’t eat it. When complaining to them in restaurant said it was cooked and a staff member proceeded to stick his finger in it saying it seamed ok.joint butts wedged in corner of window ledge. No security at weekends or night times. Further to this review we have been asked to leave based on an honest opinion and current experience. Note that my daughter is 6 months pregnant and I have a current heart problem. All in all a very negative experience avoid at all costs…

Excellent location, close to everything. Lovely helpful and friendly staff who weee always helpful, but our stay was slightly marred by 4 (!) faulty USB sockets in the room and an easily repairable hole in the wall that staff were aware of.
