Overall a very nice stay, room is clean and has tea and coffee making facilities and a very big TV. Staff are helpful and friendly. The free parking which comes with a stay is a short walk away. The rooms look out onto the University of East Anglia campus green spaces. A coffee shop and Spar are very close by.

Reunion weekend. Meeting friends from 1970s. This is guest accommodation on the UEA campus. Good basic standard. Very friendly staff. Key point: room was serviced everyday which a lot of hotel chains are not currently doing under the guise of 'reducing contact'. Thank you for that and for a great stay!

Great option for good value / cheap accommodation at UEA. We attended an event in the LCR and wanted to stay over. Comfortable, reasonably priced room 200 yards from the LCR. Good facilities , (safe, hairdryer tv etc) Friendly reception staff. Would use again.

Perfect for our offer holder day. We arrived late and picked up the keys from Security with no problems. It would have been good if the emails had made it clearer where to collect out of hours keys as we walked down to Broadview Lodge to find out where to collect the keys. But it was not a big deal as the distances are small.

The room was about 30 yards from the student bar which stayed open until at least 2am and was incredibly noisy. A hotel should either not be selling rooms that are that close to a late bar, or at least should make it clear that there will be noise throughout the night. Rooms were clean and well maintained and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Perfect place to stay on campus, 2mins from music venue. Very helpful staff, I had asked for early check-in and was already able to access my room at 9.30am. Receptionist also assisted with organising taxi. Small but clean room, good bed, nice hot shower, small but perfectly working heater and kettle for tea. It was very convenient for my visit and would definitely recommend if you are visiting UEA.

We stayed here recently when we came to Norwich for a concert at the UEA. It's perfect for this purpose as the hotel is literally just around the corner from the venue. Even so it's a lovely, peaceful place to stay. The room was clean and quiet with tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge, ensuite wetroom with complimentary soap and bodywash and a hairdryer. Our double bed was warm and very comfortable. There is an adhustable heater, also a fan in the wardrobe in case it gets warmer, and a safety deposit box. The rooms are cleaned every morning, even on Sundays and the staff we met were all lovely and very helpful. The lift worked and all the public areas are clean and bright with a free water fountain to top up drinking bottles. The hotel is set in gorgeous grounds with its own Broad and breakfast was available though we didn't partake. There is also a nice little Spar supermarket just across the precinct if you forget to bring anything. We had a most enjoyable stay and will definitely come again.…

It is exactly as described! Good facilities, the rooms are clean and well equipped. The person on reception was super friendly. We were visiting our son at UEA so it was obviously convenient but also gave a slight sense of campus life.

Stayed at Broadview Lodge night before an open day on campus. Welcomed by the most enchanting lady on reception who was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were well located for most areas of campus. Beds very comfortable bathroom a little basic - think room along Prem Inn/Travel lodge standard but bathroom mpre along lines of student accomodation. Breakfast at Sports Park was excellent - really good quality and freshly cooked. If my son opts for and is successful in attending UEA would definitely use this accomodation again.

Our stay was excellent! The family room provided ample space for my husband and me and teenage children. The room was clean and TV, towels, Wi-Fi, and hairdryer were included. The access to the Sports Park was very useful and the proximity to the scenic river perfected our stay. There is a student shop on site (Spar) to purchase drinks and snacks, as well as access to a cafe to purchase breakfast. Thank you
