47 newly refurbished apartments in the heart of Norwich, a stones throw from the Cathedral, renowned shopping and great night life. Each of the apartments has en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and smart TV. With a range of studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments along with sofa beds in some apartments there really is the perfect apartment for your stay.
We were woken on Friday and Saturday night by loud nightclub music from the nearby clubs that continued until 3am. Would not recommend staying here Fri/Sat unless you’re also partying. Shame as the apartment was otherwise clean, good facilities, very fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable.

I stayed here with a friend as we were visiting Norwich for the weekend and the apartment was exactly what we needed. The apartment was very spacious, had all the kitchen equipment we needed and was very clean. The staff at reception were all really lovely and accommodating too. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere comfy to stay and the ability to cater for yourself.

It's a mixed review which is a shame as there really is only 1 thing against this otherwise fantastic place! The club behind it, we stayed in room 11 and the club music from 11pm-4am was so so loud but it was the vibrations from the unnecessary heavy bass more than anything that made me feel unwell it was heavy and unsettling to the body! I felt sorry for the staff who were unbelievably nice and helpful, they explained there's a legal battle ongoing with the awful club. Partner and I hardly slept at all both nights and my subsequent over tiredness almost ruined the trip. The facilities though were amazing and the room lovely, if that club stopped even at midnight or turned the bass down to a human level I would rate this place 4/5 comfortably. I wish this place luck with the legal battle and hope they win as everyone there is so lovely and helpful and the facilities are excellent for the price.…

Thought this might be a sketchy place on a quiet side street, but turned out to be completely wrong! Fantastic location and a short walk away from the city centre and train station. Located on a quiet side street with little traffic but a 3min walk away from Prince of Wales Rd with tons of shops and restaurants. Staff were extrememly helpful with our WiFi issues, even if they were unable to solve it. There's a lovely courtyard garden to enjoy and the complex had multiple places where you could sit down and read a magazine. Our room was much larger than we expected from a European hotel, and had everything you could need, including a well-stocked kitchenette, toiletries in a spacious bathroom w/ shower & bath, comfortable beds, great AC/heating, and little to no noise even with the windows open. Good value for your money and very affordable.…

We have just returned from a one night stay at these apartments. Very impressed! There is no parking on site so we parked in a 24 hour multi storey called Rose lane car park that was literally a 5 minute walk if that to the Wellington apartments ( and cheap!). I was a bit skeptics at first because they are located in a bit of a backstreet which as first timers in Norwich was a little uncomfortable especially when walking back at night. ( this is the reason for the 4 star and not 5). Everything else from check in to cleanliness was spot on. We would definitely stay here again if in Norwich. Excellent value for money and just sooo clean!

Had a fantastic nights stay here. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. While I didn't use it on my night's stay, the kitchenette would be perfect to cook a straightforward meal. It's easily found and is walking distance from Riverside, train station and City Center. Would comfortably suit a couple and a perfect location for a weekend or longer in Norwich.

Good points 1. Easy to find 2. Friendly staff 3. Clean and warm with good self catering facilities 4. Easy access to town center 5. Tesco Express outside one entrance 6. Modern comfortable style 7. Large room To consider 1. Close to nightlife area so a bit noisy at night and early morning BUT I was able to sleep with the windows open with no problem 2. Some bits and pieces are in need of repair here and there - usual wear and tear from use

Stayed for 2 night in (studio) apartment 014 on the ground floor. It was spacious, bright (3 windows, but good blackout curtains), and well-appointed. Head back down Cathedral Street to Prince Of Wales Road, turn right and there is a Tesco Local, less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Do not believe the apartment info sheet which says M&S is only 0.1 miles further, and Sainsburys is only 0.2 miles further. Nonsense! M&S is a good 15 minutes walk and Sainsburys 20 mins walk. Stick with the Tesco Local here.

This newly refurbished hotel is located in a quiet side street very near the Cathedral yet only a short walk from the railway station and town centre. The staff were welcoming and allowed us to check in early to a comfortable room with good shower room and kitchen facilities. The latter included a cooker, microwave, fridge and even a washing machine! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. My only criticism was that the room was a little cold due to a problem with the radiator, but we were quickly provided with a good fan heater when we mentioned it, and thereafter were warm and cosy. We liked the very quiet location, but that all attractions of the city were in easy walking distance. There is also a nice garden, but it was too cold to try when we visited.

The apartment was immaculate, if rather sterile. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Reception were excellent and helpful. The apartment is easy walking distant from everything you would want to visit in Norwich. The huge problem for us on a weekend stay was the nightclub next door. From 11pm - 4am the music vibrated through the apartment and made it impossible to sleep. On the second night we used earplugs which helped a little, but it really spoiled our stay. I would imagine the apartment would be great for a mid week business trip, but maybe not for a quiet weekend.
