I stayed with Sally at Little Willows with my fiance so that we could obtain our marriage licence with a church within the parish boundaries. We have found Sally most welcoming and nothing is too much trouble - indeed Sally went out of her way to help us and her local knowledge was very useful. We stayed here for just over two weeks and it was made to feel like our home during our stay and it was so nice to see a happy cheerful face at breakfast time. The breakfast was fabulous and Sally even made us breakfast which was not on the menu to help with our diets before the wedding!

The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and in a lovely setting. The room was serviced every day and the whole property is kept in spectactular condition.

Of course I cannot write a review without mentioning the lovely Lola and Millie - Sally's dog and cat - even they loved welcoming the guests!

Thanks to Sally for a fabulous two weeks - we are looking forward to coming back to stay with you in a few weeks time.

We only had a one night stay at Little Willows and having read the reports on Trip Advisor everything was as we expected. Lovely quiet location and friendly hostess. If in the area we would not hesitate to visit again.

We stayed in Little Willows for 4 nights for our first ever holiday with our 11 month spaniel puppy, and it didn't disappoint. Sally and Lola couldn't have been more welcoming, and along with cake and home made jam, not to mention fresh eggs from the chickens ,there were treats for Alis ,our dog, too! Everything you could need is provided, and Sally even purchased two new garden chairs for us when we were there so we could enjoy the sunshine. The cottage is very well maintained and located adjacent to a wood so it was ideal for walking the dog. The local villages are a delight, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Personally, I can not find fault with our stay. The room was spotless, the bathroom good size, the bed comfortable, the room refreshments on offer included fresh coffee. Sally booked dinner at the local pub for us, provided a lovely breakfast and gave us information on the local area. For the price we paid, this is a bargain.

We spent 2 nights in Little Willows and had a wonderful time. It's a great base to explore the countryside and coastal areas of Norfolk and Suffolk. Sally is friendly, extremely helpful and cooked us a great breakfast both days. The cottage is very pretty, cosy, warm, spotlessly clean and comfortable. We will tell all our friends and family to stay there if they want a good weekend away and we would happily stay again.

We have stayed in many B & Bs over the past few years.Usually we go for a gold or silver award but we were impresed by the web site relating to Little Willows. We were not let down and cannot understand why it has not been awarded gold or silver.Sally made us feel very welcome. Both bedrooms were spotlessly clean and we enjoyed use of the lounge area. There was a good choice at breakfast and it was all delicious. We shall return as we consider Little Willows to be one of the best places we have stayed at.

Little Willows is a lovely place to stay. Sally is a very good hostess, giving us some useful tips for visitng nearby Norwich, booking us a table at the local pub for a delicious evening meal and cooking a very tasty cooked breakfast. The room was tasteful and really clean and the garden was very pretty too.

We stayed at Little Willows on late June 2017 for two nights, which was not long enough.
Sally made us very welcome. The Bergh Apton and Loddon area is beautiful and during our two month holiday in England it was our favourite location. Next time we visit we will rent the cottage for a week to have access to the kitchen and laundry, rather than just one of the bedrooms. Breakfast in the main house was very good.

We stayed as a couple on 24.9.16. Little Willows B&B is truly excellent. Very attractive and ultra clean accommodation in beautiful surroundings.Sally is a wonderful hostess, providing a warm welcome and, as mentioned by many other reviewers, delicious breakfasts with eggs from her own chickens. We ate an excellent evening meal at the nearby Swan at Loddon on Sally's recommendation and she let us use her 10% discount card which made it even better!

We booked into Little Willows as we were attending a friend's wedding 7 miles away. Booking in with Sally was easy although she did want a minimum of two nights over the weekend. That was not a problem as it gave us a chance to visit a part of the UK we had never visited before.
On arrival Sally greeted us with her little dog Lola. She showed us the cottage which had two ensuite rooms and can also be booked as a self-catering facility.
The room was very clean and comfortable. There was tea and coffee and she brought us a cake to have with our tea. The en-suite shower room was a little on the tight side but still very clean with soap and shower dispensers.
As we didn't know the area Sally kindly booked us into a nearby pub for supper. This was an excellent hostelry and we got 10% off the food as a guest of Little Willows.
Breakfast was taken in Sally's house and was truly scrumptious. We chose the scrambled eggs and smoked salmon with eggs from her own chickens - so nice and fresh. The garden which we were allowed to walk in was lovely and well kept.
We had taken our bikes so whilst there we took two bike rides out from Little Willows - a great way to see the surrounding countryside.
Sally was most welcoming and we will certainly consider staying there again if we are in the area.

"B&B's can feel awkward when staying in someone's house, but the great thing about this place is that the rooms are in a separate cottage."
