Better than anticipated - was worried about my car as there was smashed glass in the car park but it was fine overnight. Room was very large . Could've done with a hairdryer. Do t have anything more to say

Staff entered and stole items from our room whilst we were out. Room dirty, we got locked out of our room for over an hour and no staff about to rectify it. Staff not helpful at all tried to complain but to no avail they didn’t seem interested

Does what it says on the tin. Very friendly staff. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Next to an Aldi and they share the same car park but don’t forget to register your number plate. Went on the a business and the location was very handy by car.

Not very easy to find drove past a few times as the car park is shared with Aldi rang the hotel and spoke to the receptionist Nicky who kindly stayed on the phone while directing me to the car park and into the reception area. Checking in was quick and easy and I was helped to my room as I had a few bags to carry. Room very basic but clean with everything you need. Enjoyed a nice pint of stella at bar cafe cant comment on food as ate out a fantastic steak house called Rio about 5/10 mins away which Nicky recommended while we chatting at the bar. Breakast Buffet full English £9.75 7am -10am sadly I couldnt enjoy but it looked and smelled delious. Staff very friendly and happy to help you with anything you need. The only small issue I had was my room key which is a card stop working kept getting locked out of room so had to keep going to reception to reprogramme I think it was the whole hotel as other guest with the same key problems, nothing major just annoying. Enjoyed my stay here will be booking again in a few weeks when back in the area.

Working within recruitment of hospitality myself I couldn’t help but leave a review of just how EXCELLENT the staff were throughout my 4 night stay here. Tasha was especially helpful - Service with a smile from the minute of arrival, helping with booking local taxis, recommendations for restaurants and all round great customer service. This is how a reception should be ran. Would definitely stay again. Adam

Don’t normally stay in this type of hotel usually stay in b&b but I would not go back to a b&b and would use a travelodge again. The hotel corridor was having a good clean when we arrived and everyone was apologetic for this but it did not detract from our experience. All of the staff were very well presented. Food was lovely. Restaurant area clean. Rooms basic although did have everything we needed including usb ports for charging. Brett the hotel manager from what I can gather had not been there long however advised us of places to visit in the area he was very friendly and helpful and made our stay more enjoyable thank you travelodge

Staff are fantastic, service 5 stars, rooms spotlessly clean. Friendly and helpful staff especially Nikki who went above and beyond to help when ever needed. Would recommend and will book again. Easy to find right in the middle of the town 5mins away from the shopping centres.
