The hub by Premier Inn London Tower Bridge hotel garners praise for its prime location, which is a stone's throw from key attractions and transport, and is also celebrated for its clean, modern design. While the service has received mixed reviews, with some guests commending the staff's friendliness and others noting maintenance hiccups, many visitors appreciate the hotel's well-designed rooms, though they are on the smaller side.
Despite the coziness of the rooms, the cleanliness and comfortable beds often receive positive mentions. However, travelers suggest that the lack of certain in-room amenities, such as kettles, could be improved.

Hotel's Favourite
The hotel's location was excellent, the staff were helpful & friendly, and my room (607) was clean & comfortable.
There could have been a flip-down desk panel, just so that I didn't have to eat my food standing up over the sink in the bathroom.
The movie channel wasn't working so I just had normal TV channels.

I am someone who hates staying in any type accommodation due to excessive noise issues. Guest noise, traffic noise, slamming doors, etc. I am a light sleeper and ear plus don't help. The room can be well appointed and comfy but if their is a noise issue, forget it.
So...
I was most pleasantly surprised and pleased with the hub.
The place must be appointed with soft close doors, and triple glazed windows because I heard absolutely nothing all night even though the hotel was sold out and a stones throw away from everything.
The quirky small room made the best of its space too with a super comfy bed to boot.
The staff were professional yet friendly and welcoming.
There was nothing not to like.
We will defo be back.

I booked this hotel on a whim, my friend and I booked tickets to an event in london that finished past the time of our last train. I booked this as simply a place to get ready and a place to sleep. My god was this hotel so much more.
I had room 505 and checked in at around 6pm. I chose self check in and panicked when i realised I didn't have my passport. The staff member who helped me was so calming and told me that i didnt need it as I lived in the uk. Once she booked me in and gave me the key card she explained how to get in late at night and that if I needed anything to let her know. Every door you go through in the hotel is key card locked. I felt so safe with this feature.
When I got to the room I was hugely supprised by how big the Bigger room was. There is a wardrobe, coat hook, hairdryer, tv, desk, and a super clean bathroom. The bed was huge but a little bit high up (drunk me had a ball trying to get on it later). The one thing that really made my stay was the amazing view from the window. I could see the shard, the river, and HMS Belfast.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in london and I would definitely stay here again and for a longer time.

+1
We were in London for a dinner and chose the hub by Premier Inn London Tower Bridge hotel because it was fairly close to where we had to go for the meal. The hotel is within walking distance of London Bridge station and also within walking distance of quite a few sights (Tower of London, Tower Hill Memorial, The Monument, All Hallows by the Tower). Our standard bedroom was compact but very well thought out. It was clean and there was everything you could possibly need, including a smart tv. The Deli on the ground floor provided snacks (and a very reasonably priced breakfast) and free, 24 hour tea and coffee facilities. This was the first time we have tried a "hub by Premier Inn" but I don't think it will be the last time we use one.

Clean compact room, with comfortable bed. Really good location, opposite the Tower of London. Three minute walk to tube station. Free tea and coffee from cafe, just help yourself. I don’t know what the food was like as we had breakfast in Wetherspoon around the corner. No street or other guest noise heard. I loved the lighting and AC controls in the headboard. Every bit of space is utilised
This is a really central hotel , and good value for the money you pay.

This is the second time we have used this hotel and it definitely won’t be the last.
The location is brilliant - so close to the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Borough Market and The Shard.
The rooms are compact but really well thought out - I am a wheelchair user and there was room to store my fold up chair. Despite being in a busy area, it is so quiet. I am a very light sleeper and had a really good sleep, plus the beds are VERY comfortable.
Breakfast costs £5. Yes, the menu is limited; however, the food is tasty and freshly prepared. The tea and coffee which you brew yourself is free and you can help yourself throughout the day.
The place is kept clean and fresh.
I feel that a special mention has to out to all of the staff we came in contact with. They were all friendly, helpful and accommodating. I needed to check the ingredients in something due to an allergy. They took my concerns very seriously and went out of their way to ensure my needs were met.
A great place to stay.

I usually stay at the nearby Chamberlain which is very good but much more expensive and was full so chose the Hub as an easy and simple option for a few nights. Check in QR code didn’t work and staff were slow and relatively uninterested at check in (& one a bit unpleasant) but everything else was good (room/location/security - breakfast was excellent for £5: simple but great value and quality & loved the porridge). Location and facilities great. After 30 years of continuous business travel I’ve stayed in a LOT of hotel rooms (often +200 nights a year) and don’t need much – just the basics of a quiet/comfortable/clean room, good breakfast central location The Hub delivered on these and I’ll definitely stay there again. Great value and good hotel.

The room was tiny, as advertised, but extremely quiet & beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed, good WiFi, all facilities like a hairdryer & strong shower. We got free coffee in the cafe which was good & breakfast if wanted for only £5 extra . It was very well positioned near Tower of London

What a great little hotel! Spotlessly clean. Modern decor. Great shower. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. I grew to love our cozy little room very quickly. The reception area has a bar and a well stocked refreshment station. Breakfast looked very good but I didn’t have it so I couldn’t comment on taste or quality. 8 minute walk to monument tube station. If I was coming back to London, I would 100% book this hotel again. This type of hotel is the future - cheap to stay, with small compact excellently designed rooms with everything you need, in a great location.

I wish there was option for ‘good’, but I definitely would have stayed average rather than very good. The location is second to none, so central and very close to multiple tube stations. The staff were lovely upon arrival and the hotel is genuinely really nice - you get what you pay for. We paid for the ‘bigger room’ and I struggle to think of how small the normal sized is, as the bigger room was still very small. The bed is also advertised as ‘king sized’ however it’s just 2 beds pushed the together. We didn’t realise until the last day that you had to request for the room to be cleaned and for new towels, bedding etc, which is a little frustrating as we felt as though this should have been highlighted at check-in.
Nevertheless, if we were to stay in London again, this hotel would definitely be a consideration.
