Great Hotel, located near all the trains station and the underground. we stay at the hotel 3 nights, went to Manchester for 3 nights, and then came back for 3 nights more (altogether 6 nights). the guys at the front door were very helpful and walk with us to our room and explained to us the usage of everything inside the room. they recommended some restaurants near the hotel, and it was useful. the reception staff was great, and they upgrade our room to a deluxe room. The breakfast was great with a lot of food options
Great hotel a short walk from kings cross. After a long day of travelling it was nice to enter this vibrant hotel. Staff were accommodating and gave us a room near the lifts and lovely views. Lots of windows around the lift area and the lift itself with great views over St Pancras and beyond. Seating too on our level to enjoy them from. Rooms were large and the bed was enormous. Everything we needed and more. Lovely meal in the restaurant which I have reviewed separately too. A great nights sleep before returning home.
The service was very good, room was clean and easy to get to. It was a great view from our room and the glass lift. We had the breakfast in the morning and it was very good with a rate of options. It is located in the perfect place too, very convenient.
We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon. Great location in the middle of everything and really nice hotel. Room was clean and comfy and the staff were really friendly. Would stay here again and recommend. Only criticism is that we were charged incorrectly at check out which did take some time to resolve, but it was eventually settled.
As a start, Pullman is definitely a good choice in London. During our stay('22.11.11.-15.), my wife and I had a great and beautiful experience in London with Pullman. We appreciate Pullman teams and give special thanks to "Mark" who welcomed us with great hospitality.
I have stayed at the Pullman St Pancras on every visit to London for the past eight years, and twice before I have written a review for Tripadvisor. Nothing has changed - the location remains the best in London for travellers, the hotel service is impeccable, the flexibility of the management to handle special requests is exemplary, the room design is safe and functional. Usually one or more staff are familiar from previous visits, though this time only Paolo remained. Eduardo, the front manager, demonstrated the combination of tact and efficiency that marks Accor's best senior staff; my wife and I are much in his debt for meeting all our special needs. If you, as a guest, demand high quality accommodation with comprehensive yet unobtrusive service, this is the hotel for you.
Good location for the station. We were getting the Eurostar the next morning, so stayed here for convenience. The lobby is nice and the service was good. The rooms are small and basic, definitely not worth the £497 for one night. Way overpriced for what you get. Only instant coffee in the rooms, which is a bit of a disgrace considering this is meant to be a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was good, but not worth the money if you don’t eat much. TV only has Freeview and some channels were unwatchable due to a bad signal.
Stayed here for first time since it had changed from Novotel to a Pullman and was a little apprehensive having had a less than positive experience at another 4 start Accor hotel very recently . Thankfully this one has redeemed the Accor brand reputation for me ! Check in was efficient , helpful and friendly with room ready ahead of time Beautiful view over St PAncras nice and quiet , comfy beds and spotlessly clean Breakfast was excellent . Robes and fluffy slippers even in a standard room ! A few minor details maybe to work on for a hotel of this standard and price range - unable to offer decaffeinated tea and breakfast area can be overly busy and crowded at peak times but these are minor issues for an otherwise great stay
Excellent hotel. Reception pleasant, polite and helpful. Lobby warm and comfortable chairs. Room clean with TV and coffee. Bathroom spotless with soap, shampoo and lotions. Evening meal delicious. Service polite, and 'foreign' meals explained to me. An excellent experience all round.
I fell down from the stairs at the hotel front door and no one staff came to help me! My knee was bleeding and all staff seem to be very busy at other things. Turned out I took taxi to emergency and did the x ray - my arm has fracture! This is a real accident happened in the hotel and no one seems really care! They know which room I stay but they did not even call me and ask if anything I need! Extremely disappointed
