Travellers' Choice
The Savoy is the only luxury hotel on the River Thames. The ballet, opera, and theatre of vibrant Covent Garden are just steps away, with the City, world-renowned museums and galleries, and the designer shopping of Knightsbridge and Mayfair within easy reach. The Savoy has been woven into the fabric of London for almost 130 years, with exceptional service and memorable experiences at the heart of everything. Our team have been working hard to prepare for our guests and have implemented a range of measures to look after your well-being, but one thing remains a constant – the warmth of our Savoy welcome.

A superb location, service is good, friendly staff, but beware the American Bar closes so ensure you have a booking, Breakfast can be busy so ensure to arrive early especially at the weekend. Lobby is always busy with visiting tourists taking photo's of the Christmas decorations.

Hotel's Favourite
Arrived at the Savoy with high expectations. The hotel was very pretty inside & out. All the staff was supper friendly & efficient. Door & reception was supper helpful with all the demands we put on them with a knowledge with a ability to get things done. The room was different to what I expected as it felt very quaint & personal. Not hotel chain feel I get staying in most hotels. The room & bathrooms are large being very clean with beautiful décor. We had a dinner at the grill with great food & a great experience of eating. Thierry from the Savoy Grill took us around the restaurants & hotel on a little tour of what we might of miss & should try. The highlight of our stay. So thankful for his time. In the morning we went down to the very large Savoy breakfast, a must if staying here. This was for our anniversary & they really did make it special. I can not recommend enough.

Great service by all the staff, but as soon as I got into the room I felt robbed I had paid £940 for a room that felt at best my grand spare room. Definitely need to spend some money on the rooms and not just just hope the name will bring in the business. The breakfast was amazing and they definitely make you feel special. The food needed to be hotter but other than that a 5 star breakfast.

My daughters took me for afternoon tea it was absolutely amazing. The ambiance was wonderful with all the Christmas decorations and the choir. A pianist played Christmas carols and songs. The waiters were very attentive and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I believe it was expensive but worth every penny, definitely one off the bucket list .

Outstanding, staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful and the hotel itself is amazing. One bedroom suite was ample in size, and its little things like the music being on in the room when you arrive, also your bed being made down and slipper place along side it in the evening while you are out. Make you feel special!
