Nestled in the heart of the city, the hub by Premier Inn London Westminster Abbey hotel garners acclaim for its stellar location, offering easy access to top sights and transport links. Guests commend the spotless rooms and the welcoming staff, highlighting the complimentary round-the-clock tea and coffee.
Despite the cozy yet modern atmosphere, some guests find the rooms somewhat cramped and lacking in natural light. The hotel's value shines through in its breakfast selection, praised for both quality and affordability.

Hotel's Favourite
Having booked to attend a dinner at the House of Lords, we needed something nearby. Having stayed at the Premier Inn at County Hall before we were going to book there but came across this as an alternative that was slightly cheaper so thought we'd give it a go. The cost was very reasonable, £122 for a bigger room with breakfast for two. On arrival check-in was easy with £10 for a pre-3pm check-in. Tea and coffee was free for our stay in the nice and large lounge bar area. The room was modern, well-equipped, clean and the right size for our one night stay. We enjoyed the late residents' bar until the early hours and the following morning enjoyed a great breakfast selection. A few hundred yards' walk to St James' Park and no more to Westminster Abbey and the House of Parliament the other way. Good selection of pubs from a few seconds to a couple of minutes away. All in all a great stay and we would happily stay again.

I chose this hotel due to its location and it did not disappoint. A 10-15 minute walk from Victoria Station and the shops. 1 minute from Westminster Abbey with Houses of Parliament also nearby. I stayed in a bigger room which was excellent. It was definitely "bigger" with a huge bed, bigger than the regular Premier Inn bed, with touch pads on the headboard for the lighting and air con. The bathroom was of a good size with the option of a waterfall shower and there was a free bottle of water in the room. The breakfast buffet was only £6 for continental and bacon and sausages with a Costa Coffee machine, teas, juice and water. I highly recommend staying here.

We could not find the entrance at first because we were looking for a Premier Inn sign but just look for the Hub sign and you can't go wrong. We were a few hours early so we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel and they offer a brilliant service to do this before checking in and checking out. So we did that and had a drink in the bar which is very well set out before we headed off to explore the sites. It is about a 10 minute walk to Buckingham Palace and about a ten minute walk to Big Ben this will give you a rough idea how close it is to the centre of London and there is tube station about 30 seconds walk from the entrance.... Perfect location. The rooms are small but clean, yes the bathroom as a frosted glass door to it so if you are looking for a private room this is not for you, me and wife thought it was quite funny that you could see into the bathroom. Yes the bed is against the wall on one side but again this was not a problem for us. There was a small window but don't expect a view at this hotel. We booked breakfast which was about £6 each for all you can eat and we thought it was okay for the price we paid and the food was quite nice.Just remember this is a discounted hotel and you not going to get all the extras as you would normally at a proper Premier Inn and remember this is central London which I think is absolute brilliant place to stay and a true bargain as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel for a cheap stay over.

Our first time at a Premier Inn Hub and we couldn't be more impressed! Hats off to whoever designed the rooms - compact yet not cramped and such clever utilisation if the available space. No opening windows but effective air conditioning and considering how many other guests must have been accommodated on the same night as us, we had a totally undisturbed night's sleep. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean and modern. Bottled water was provided in the rooms and unlimited tea and coffee available from the restaurant on the ground floor, which also provided a great value unlimited breakfast if required. The location was spot on for us with the tube, so many tourist attractions and theatre land within walking distance. The staff on reception were friendly, charming and efficient and greeted us with smiles - thank you ladies! Would definitely recommend to other travellers

We stayed as 3 couples overnight on a Saturday for a theatre and sightseeing weekend. The hotel was really well placed for proximity to our requirements, using a locally hailed taxi for our theatre trip. Uber ferries are a short walk away at Westminster pier to take you along the river to The Tower of London and beyond, running every 15 mins, avoiding traffic hold ups on the roads at busier times.
The staff at the hotel were excellent, from front of house right through to breakfast hosts. All staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Special thanks go to Alison at reception.
The rooms, although compact are very well appointed, spotlessly clean with fluffy white towels, liquid hand soap and shower gel as well as a hair dryer. The rooms have been really cleverly designed to maximise space and offer as many amenities as possible. There aren’t tea/coffee making facilities or a fridge in the room but a good selection of hot drinks is available 24/7 in the lounge area. The luggage storage facility proved really useful on our check-out day.
The decor is modern and cosy giving a relaxed atmosphere to the lounge and bar which is a far nicer space than found in many larger hotels.
Breakfast at £7 is a no-brainier which includes both continental and hot breakfast options.
It was our first stay here but certainly won’t be our last!

If all you need is a place to rest your head, shower and grab a bite to eat, before a long day out and about, you really can't do better than here
It has a central location (about 1 min from the tube and Westminster Abbey) which is a massive selling point. When we were there unfortunately that whole tube line was closed for part of our stay, but we were still only 10-15 mins from other major stations like Westminster and Victoria.
We paid extra for the bigger room and it was well worth the money. Comfortable king size bed, lovely shower, big screen TV and enough storage space for a week away.
Breakfast was buffet and selection was little more limited than I would have liked (EG. Cereal was either muesli or granola, nothing more traditional than that), but there was still a decent mixture of hot/cold food, and for £7 I consider it well worth it. The hotel also has a limited selection of dishes for dinner at good prices, and a well priced drinks menu too.
Staff were efficient and helpful at all times.
And, of course, the main selling point has to be that all this comes for startingly low prices for one of the world's busiest and most expensive cities.
Definitely would stay here again.

I stayed at the hotel for eight nights.
Location: it is close to the St. James Park station and the Westminster station, so it is very convenient to go for sight seeing. One important thing is that there is only stairs at St. James Park station, so if you have heavy bags with you, choose Westminster station to go to the hotel.
Staff: They are helpful and friendly.
Price: I booked 6 months in advance, so it was a very good price.I recommend to book the hotel early in order to get a good price.
Room: it is modern, and if the cleanliness can be improved , it is perfect.
Also I know that some rooms especially rooms at basement are without window, so make your request and preference when check-in.
Breakfast: it is only 6 pounds that I can have hot and cold dish for breakfast. The breakfast is delicious.
Also hotel guests can have 24 hours free tea and coffee at the hotel restaurant.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and sure will come again.

I stayed for two nights at this Hub and I really cannot recommend it enough! I travelled with two friends and we each got our own rooms.
Each room is very small but that’s why the prices are so low. However, my room was spotless and was supplied with lovely fluffy towels. The beds are really comfy with a TV at the foot of the bed (it offers films to watch on demand, I watched the new Bond film and A Quiet Place II before bed!) which was an unexpected extra. There are little touch screen buttons to dim the room’s lights and a do not disturb option. The shower has two heads, one is a waterfall and the other a basic one. There’s a basic body/hair wash supplied but I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner. If you forget there’s a little dispenser in the lobby for minis, I got a little kit for £3.
We stayed during Storm Eunice and I didn’t hear a single thing on either night. Considering I was facing the street I was impressed! I did hear next door’s toilet seat being banged around a bit and there was a bit of noise in the middle of the day (people stomping about upstairs) but things settled considerably by nighttime.
The location is perfect! A two minute walk to St James’s Park tube stop and a five minute walk to Parliament Square. You can literally see the Abbey from the street the hotel is on. Westminster is a great area in general, it’s always quiet in the evenings and feels safe.
I didn’t order breakfast (felt a bit pricey for £7 a day) because there’s a Costa take away and a small Starbucks around the corner near the tube stop which were both very quiet. There’s a Tesco Express at Westminster tube stop if you need any snacks etc!
The people on reception were great, very friendly and speedy. While in line we witnessed at least three people be rude about their bookings (hadn’t booked beforehand or didn’t want a first floor room) and the receptionists dealt with these rude people in a really professional manner. We dropped our bags in the cloakroom as we had a late train and they were efficient about this too.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Prices in London at the moment are crazy and we each got a room for two nights at £160 total. The only thing I’d noticed was that when I first checked, the room was £54 a night and that went up overnight - might have been cookies or maybe I left it too late to book. Still affordable though!! I’ll definitely be returning and will recommend it especially for anyone on a budget.

Very good in all departments, we will stay there every time we go to London. We were well looked after by the staff/team, we had some special needs as my wife had to have surgery on her eyes at St. Thomas's hospital. I had inadvertently booked a double room for the three nights that we needed to be in London, but we needed a twin, this was duly rectified, and we transferred to the new room no agro just smiles. On the night of the operation we asked if we could eat our ploughman’s in the room, yes was the reply, the chap who brought the order out seeing my predicament offered room service; the food was there before my return to the room. The Malbec that you charge just £6.00 for a 250mm glass is divine and good value, my wife fancied Fennimans lemonade, and lo and behold you stock it. Your attention to our every whim was like staying in a 4 star hotel better in fact, because your team enjoy working for you, this is seldom seen at 4 star establishments! Thanks we will be back John and Jean

Yes Children are allowed but I’m sure it’s just one Double Bed in The Room.
Hello,
I arrive in London at 12:30 -1:00pm..can I leave my luggage in store until check in at 15:00?
Yes
If it was with an asynchronous method of payment (like bank transfer or the likes), give it 24h, they should confirm it.
If you paid by card, first check with credit card app (or bank directly) if it is only an authorization or if the payment was completely processed. If processed, then I recommend you contact the customer service.
Sorry.... I have no input on your inquiry.
