Has very good base facilities. Room and bed comfortable. Housekeeping had to ask 3 times one day to get room made up and not done when we arranged to go out to allow for housekeeping team. No guide to hotel in room. Front desk and serving staff often very accented not good English. Restaurant pretentious. Decor 'fake industrial' worn out just looked messy and tired. Breakfast excellent. Dinner very limited menu. One person found Rabbit excellent flavoursome. Parmigiano when it finally came disc no bigger than 1/2 maybe 1/4 burger with green and white foam somewhat bland not rich Italian flavour. Icecream vety good. Price £49 for 2 courses plus service charge 12.5% plus empty space on bill for service ...? Coffee shop, well... two occasions order lost had to chase twice each tine and items ommitted (only 4 items total each occasion). Look carefully for the little button to make glass walls of bathroom/toilet frosty rather than clear view if you favour privacy.... Good potential lost. ..shame. Good position.…

We have stayed in 6 or 7 London hotels and this would be the best. Located at Canary Wharf but easy travel into London sights, plus Canary Wharf is itself a really interesting place. Many rooms have great views. Nice swimming pool. Room excellent and refrigerator a big plus! Rooftop bar a definite highlight. Staff helpful and welcoming. Thanks to Alejandro, Tevin and other breakfast staff plus the lady on reception who organised the open water swimming. Finally a big thank you to Jacqui who went above and beyond to make this a really special stay. We hope to return! Keith and Kate.

Great location for us, fantastic service, loved the roof top bar and had a great weekend. The view of London was fantastic. Hristina was extremely helpful and gave us great service. A fabulous weekend was has by all. We will definitely be back again. 😊

Fantastic location only a short walk from Elizabeth line and easy access by public transport to O2 arena or otber London attractions. Welcomed by friendly staff, amazing views of london skyline from our room on 24th floor which was a decent size room with all expected facilities . Pool and spa facilities were great. One of the best stays.

We stayed for 1 night for our Anniversary/husbands birthday & had the best stay. I contacted Jacqui the hotel manager prior to our stay just to find out if we could leave our luggage prior to check in so we could make the most of our weekend, she was so helpful & went out of her way to make our night away extra special. The hotel it’s self is amazing the city views were incredible & the roof top bar was an added bonus. Would highly recommend for a nice relaxing getaway.

The room size is small but clean. The staffs are very nice. The last day we stayed, the housekeeper forgot to give us coffee and tea bags as well as shower jel and bath jel. The location is convenient.

The rooms where very clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wouldn’t definitely recommend this as a stay especially for couples and romantic getaways. The pool and spa area was very clean.
