I stayed 3 nights on business in a 1 bedroom suite. Everything i needed was there and the staff were excellent. I went to meetings each day after a relaxed evening and good sleep. Facilities excellent even left a washing tablet for the washing machine and dishwasher Having the extra room t watch TV/eat in and relax rather than sitting on the bed was worth the small extra daily rate charge. If i am in Liverpool again i know my hotel of choice

Rooms are fine, comfortable beds, everything you need in the studio kitchen. The back rooms are incredibly noisy despite double glazed windows. There is a nightclub called POP WORLD across the alley that is open every night until 4am. The alleyway funnelled the sound and my room was unbearably noisy. I asked reception to be moved 3 times as I was in quarantine for work, but was told it wasn't possible. In addition to the noisy nightclub, there is a pub that has karaoke until late. So if off-key versions of "Sweet Caroline" aren't your thing, find another place to stay. Additionally, the alleyway is where all the wheelie bins full of glass bottles from these night spots are emptied at 6am by recycling trucks. The alleyway is narrow, so from room 320, I stared at a brick wall during my week-long quarantine. The clothes washing machines on my floor were good. It would have been helpful if reception had single load packets of detergent to sell in their little shop. Bring your own so you don't have to buy a big box of detergent at the nearby supermarkets. To be fair, I had a colleague who stayed on the front side of the building that same week who had a completely different experience to me. So do not stay here if you gat a back, alley facing room.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quest Liverpool. The location could not be better, right in the centre of Liverpool, everything was so close. The apartment was amazing (1 bed), had everything we needed, even though we didn't cook anything there, it had everything necessary for it if you'd like to cook in the apartment. The apartment was very clean, quite spacious and the design was lovely as well. The bed was really big and comfortable and even though it is right in the centre, the sound isolation was really good, we didn't hear anything what's going on on the street. Will definitely return!

There is nothing I could fault this hotel with zero. Great location for a shopping week or party weekend whatever suits your needs. It's around the corner from Concert Square just close the windows and you hear absolutely nothing. And walking distance to Matthew Street and with it been on Church Street ideal for all the shopping locations. Staff were very welcoming and friendly had the room ready as we arrived late on Friday evening, no issues. And the room itself had a washing and dryer nothing I have ever experienced in a hotel room before. Quest will be my hotel of choice when coming to Liverpool from now on
