Hotel's Favourite
Not our first visit to this lovely hotel, we think it is the best hotel in Blackpool. The rooms are spacious and clean, great food in the restaurant, the entertainment was top drawer and all the family loved it. All the staff were helpful and followed the extra guidelines laid down as a result of Covid to the letter, without being too full on at the same time. All areas of the bar, restaurant, toilets etc were clean and cleaned regularly by a great team of staff in the hotel - it was a very safe and secure feeling we had throughout our stay. We will be back!!

Firstly this hotel should be 4*. Check in was quick and staff very friendly. Told us everything about the hotel and location so just needed to go to our room. Was a good size fir a double, clean bathroom, hairdryer and kettle with tea, coffee etc. Also a fan if you get to hot, we never used it but would be handy in summer. We went for the all inclusive option and couldn't fault it, for what you would spend in restaurants and bars in Blackpool was well worth it. Food was good, plenty of choice for even the fussiest of eaters. Drinks were good. The entertainment was great we stayed Sunday and Monday. Sunday was the four ds who were brilliant. Monday night was Chris and Kiera, they weren't just great singers but they were so funny, although the female singer brought out a few tears with her final song, you'll understand if you've seen her. All the staff were pleasant and friendly. Location was great. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great wee break.

Im just back home from a 3 night stay at the Ruskin hotel with my parents and we had the best time ever!! It was our first time staying here and we were all so impressed with how comfortable the hotel is. You will want for nothing during your stay. We stayed on a half board basis and all the food was gorgeous. We couldnt pick a favourite meal it was all so nice. But what really makes this hotel is just how friendly and welcoming the staff are. They cannot do enough for you and really genuinely want to give you the best holiday ever. Special thanks has to go to Claire and Fiona who were especially attentive to all our needs at breakfast and tea time. Also the young porter- I dont know his name but he was working on the morning of 25th. He was great too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and helping us belatedly celebrate my mums 70th Birthday. We cant wait to come back!!
