Stayed here on a coach trip. Stayed Mon-Fri. Excellent hotel . On arrival we were met by a very pleasant member of staff, and was made to feel very welcome after a very long journey. Luggage was taken up to our rooms, everything was so well organized. The food at the hotel is amazing, so much choice from the starters right through to the desserts, this hotel is so well run. The members of staff are a credit to the hotel, they are s o hard working and polite and so welcoming, can definitely recommend a stay at this hotel. Right on the seafront , with a tram stop situated right outside, so its easy to travel where ever you want to go.

We went up to Blackpool as a staycation for our wedding anniversary . The hotel deal we got was very good . Staff were all very helpful and polite. Room was a small double but was clean . Although we had a very noisy neighbour ,but that wasn’t the hotels fault .not a lot of parking for the hotel ,we parked on the road but a lot of the area is double yellow lines .so please beware. Menu was limited but changed each night Service was very quick . There was entertainment on site which was good . It’s about a ten minute walk to the town . There is a tram stop right outside so that’s a way to get around Get place to stay.we booked through booking .com

First return to the Cliffs since lockdown and first without grandson who has now "grown up". The Cliffs never lets you down and has adapted very well to the restrictions, Efficient and pleasant check in, third floor front room was comfortable but bathroom a bit cramped. Service and food in the restaurant were both excellent, plentiful starters and desserts and adequate selection of main courses. The buffet breakfast was an excellent to the day. The entertainment and bingo have been split between two rooms, the singers and comedians were OK but if your hearing isn't up to scratch, only one of the rooms displays the Bingo Numbers. We have booked All Inclusive in November, these are excellent value.

Plentiful and varied buffet breakfasts, well thought out evening menus and cannot imagine anyone has ever left the dining room hungry! Patient and helpful staff in the leisure area, pool and jacuzzi. Room was small and had a smell of old smoke which was not good and not much thought was given to our room location when they knew I would be with a wheelchair user but not worth complaining about although Iam fairly sure that they would have sorted it if I had bothered. Cleaners were regular and thourough, bathroom was spotless and bed was comfy. Bars were ok with plenty of space for everyone, bingo was a letdown as only.played one game each night. There was entertainment every night but very same old, a step up from karaoke without the words on screen, but they could sing which is always a bonus! I would stay here again, and definitely would look at offerings from Choice group if staying elsewhere.
