A really pleasant experience, we rented the smaller pod for fun, beware that the pod does not come equipped with bedding or towels. Greggs & Burger King are ‘on-site’ so me need to cook. The pod and showers were very clean & smart, but the location is 1 minute from the M6 and the A66 with the railway thrown in. It was fun & we would do it again.

We arrived after a busy day in the Lakes, very easy automatic check in, lovely site and clean facilities. Camping/Glamping isn’t my thing, but I could definitely do a few nights here as the shower and toilet facilities look more like ensuites compared to your standard bleak camping ‘blocks’. The site is just the right size with a good selection of pods. For a family or 4 the pod didn’t feel cramped. We will definitely return in the future.* * I would recommend you bring Citronella incense sticks or similar, I used Jungle Spray as where our pod was positioned close to mature vegetation there were lots of flies/midges, and maybe a fly zapper for when they get in the pod (although there is a mesh net behind the pod door) it is impossible to keep them out!!!! Also a fan when the weather is hot 🥵

We had a lovely time here! Our pod was exactly what we wanted, and the site is so clean and quiet! The toilets/showers are well kept, the area is very quiet, and it’s handy for getting everywhere. We’ll definitely be going back. Just perfect for exploring the Lakes!

Lovely camping pod, spotlessly clean on arrival. The site was really nicely kept and presented really well. My girls fell in love with it and want to come back for longer. The toilets and showers were very clean, although my only constructive feedback would be that perhaps a bench would be useful in the showers - it was a bit awkward trying to keep everything dry. Only a minor thing though. Overall, a great find. I think it would be difficult to find a better similar type of accommodation.

Fabulous little find for us - plenty of room for a couple + 14 yr old. We booked Golden Noble as it had an enclosed garden which was perfect when staying with a dog. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean as was the whole site will definitely be back. Host (young guy with a gorgeous dog) was very helpful with recommendations of where to visit locally etc.
