We were working locally and decided to stay, we had a pleasant stay and the food was delicious, the restaurant reserved a table for residents of the hotel even when it was busy, very reasonably priced, and friendly staff

We booked a room at the Brantwood as it is near the motorway to break a long journey to Perth. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was very compact for two people but we managed OK for just one night. We had dinner in the restaurant which has a relaxing, cosy atmosphere, the service was excellent, the food was good but rather bland. We were served a lovely breakfast in the morning.

Booked a table for evening meal. Service very attentive but not in your face. Food very good quality and prices very reasonable. After meal, enjoyed the opportunity to leave the table and find comfy areas to sit and enjoy finishing our bottle of wine. Would extremely recommend and will be on various platforms to come here. Look forward to coming back in the future when we return to this area.

Having stayed locally for a few nights we were less than a 2 minute walk to the Brantwood and had a few drinks in the beautiful garden on the first couple of nights. Our last night in Stainton we had a great pre-birthday meal for my daughter, including a secret cake and candles! Thanks so much to the fabulous staff for helping with the surprise!! Food superb and hospitality excellent!

Our extended family have been visiting here for over 12 years and we absolutely love the staff . There is always a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Food is excellent, great choice of food and drink. We enjoy the personal but efficient service we receive.

Room Tip: The car park entrance is narrow so we use the exit which is slightly wider .
