I recently stayed at this small Premier Inn and it was a pleasant experience overall. With only 20 rooms, the hotel had a more intimate, quiet atmosphere compared to larger ones. It was conveniently located just a short walk from the beach and town centre. The room itself was compact but functional, with a comfortable bed and basic amenities. While it wasn’t luxurious, it provided everything needed for a short stay, including a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and a clean, tidy bathroom. The decor was simple, if a bit on the plain side, but it suited the overall no-frills approach of the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. The breakfast, available for an extra charge, offered a decent range of options, including a hot breakfast and continental choices.
For the price, this hotel offered good value for money, providing a comfortable, hassle-free base for a Bournemouth getaway.

I stayed in this Premier Inn for one night whilst I was visiting the area to see family. I could not fault it. I stayed in room 8 it was on the main road side of the building. I was concerned if I would be disturbed overnight, but It was fine I the room was clean and tidy. It was a fairly small room for a Premier Inn, but as it was only Me, so wasn't an issue. I was also allowed to check in at 11 as the room was ready for an additional ÂŁ10 when I'm back in the area, I will be staying again. It's an older Premier inn, but it's still quite well kept

We've stayed at this particular Premier Inn 4 or 5 times over the last few years and choose it for it's proximity to the beach. On arrival this time round we noticed how both the Premier Inn and the Lynton Arms are starting to look tired and in need of a makeover. We checked in and were allocated Room 5, we noticed the windows in the room had a second sliding window which were covered with privacy film & wondered why. There was a loud droning noise coming from outside the window and on inspection we noticed the extractor vent from the kitchen was right next to our window. The windows did reduce the noise slightly but it could still be heard (like standing on the side of an airfield). We asked Reception if the fan would be on all nice and was told it would go off at 10.00 which isn't bad as we would probably be watching TV or out. However, we all like fresh air and were unable to open the window until the fan had gone off as it was too noisy. On the Friday night it didn't stop until after 11.00 pm. Between 6.00 - 6.30 am we were woken by the fan (I presume it had been switched on to start cooking breakfasts). This was a very early start to our day and we had to get up again to close the window. Overall the room was fine, what you would expect from a Premier Inn (although one of the slightly dated ones) but the fan was a problem. It would not be ideal for families with small children who go to bed early. We left the hotel after our two nights relaxing day more tired than when we arrived. If booking this accommodation make sure you put a special request in NOT to be allocated Room 5 (unfortunately I don't know what other rooms this fan can be heard in).

This hotel looks a bit unloved from the outside but don't let that put you off. It is lovely & cosy & homely inside & the staff were without exception friendly & helpful. There is a large free car park at the back and although the rooms are a bit tired looking they are immaculately clean. We had an attic twin room (21) which was huge and very quiet and, best of all, there was a bath tub in the bathroom! The lift was "on strike" during our stay so the staff had left us a packet of delicious chocolate biscuits & a welcoming note. The breakfast was the usual excellent Premier Inn offering, served in the next door restaurant, which was spacious and comfortable. Buses to Bournemouth and the centre of Boscombe/Christchurch stop right outside the hotel & were very frequent so an excellent location. We were also able to walk to the football stadium in about 30 minutes (the purpose of our visit!) Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is ideally situated for a short stay or a longer one. There is a bus stop outside of the hotel for buses direct into Bournemouth or Poole. There is plenty of parking which is non chargeable. If you turn right when walking/leaving the hotel and walk about 200 metres you can walk through the park to get to the beach, from there it is a quiet walk along the beach to Bournemouth town centre. The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious compared to some hotels we have stayed. Adjoining the hotel is a Table Table restaurant which supplies an excellent breakfast and evening meal which is very good value. My wife and I have stayed here many times and would not hesitate to return.

We stayed at this hotel with my partner when visiting Bournemouth for the weekend. The hotel looks a little bit tired but the room was fantastically clean and fresh. We love the location as it’s 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre very close by. The staff was lovely, we wanted some herbal tea before our bed time, she went out her way to get some for us from the restaurant next door. The breakfast in the morning was great, there were a large of potions in the buffet area and our poached eggs were perfectly cooked. We will definitely come back.

An absolute disaster! The stay was be a first time family holiday and we were all looking forward to it. We checked into the hotel just after 4pm only to get into the room and see that the room was very dirty and had not been cleaned at all. There were hair, crumbs and stains on the sheets. The bath was actually not clean and there was a dirty ring around the bath showing that it had been used and not cleaned, the toilet had poo marks on it and clearly hadn't been cleaned. What was meant to be a family beach day was completely ruined by me having to clean the room including vacuuming for 2 hours just to feel comfortable staying in it. As I result we ended up not having our long planned family beach outing. The entire hotel from the reception looked filthy and three guests who arrived around the same time as us complained about how dirty there rooms were. I asked for my room cleaned and was told that house keeping had gone home so there was nobody available to clean the room. We were finally able to bring our bags into the room by 7pm after I had cleaned the room myself and went out to have some dinner only to return around 10pm to find bugs crawling around including on the curtains. I asked to be moved to another hotel and was told that they were full for the night and that they couldn't do anything else. There was only one receptionist in the whole hotel and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. I had nowhere to sleep with my kids and my special needs child was restless the entire time and made a difficult decision to cancel the whole trip and paid 168 pounds to take a two hour journey back home by midnight!!!! We are absolutely devastated and appalled at how premier Inn managed to ruin what would have been a first ever family holiday and I demand my refund now!!! Total abysmal!

Booked 3 rooms for 2 nights to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday.
The hotel whilst in a good location for Boscombe and the Chine is very tired looking both externally and internally. The rooms were not very clean, the bathroom had peeling paint and the shower curtain was dirty (the first Premier Inn I’ve stayed, where I didn’t want to get in the shower.) We only had breakfast one morning as it was poorly cooked and the service was extremely slow.
In addition there was an issue my son experienced with ongoing noise late at night caused by the restaurant manager (who was living in the room next door to my son ) and his girlfriend; which was unacceptable. He was very disrespectful and arrogant - said he’d return to his room and turn the music down once he’d finished his cigarette… didn’t apologise, eventually did turn the music down for an hour and then turned it up again by which time it was about 1am. The following night although my son had moved rooms, my other son (who was in the opposite room to the manager)could still hear the loud music playing.
All in all not the lovely weekend celebration we’d been looking forward to for months. After many years of booking Premier Inns I will be reconsidering my booking options in future.

This is nothing like the premier inn brand you see on in adverts. It’s dirty, un-maintained, small, smelly and note a nice places to sleep.
The aircon hasn’t been cleaned for god knows how long but long enough that you can smell it. The rooms was tiny, the walls where chipped and messy, the curtains had god knows what splattered over them and the floor boards creaked with every step in the room and the one above.
The restaurant/bar was shocking, the Manager was polite but the other barman was terrible with a real attitude. The hotel customers got asked to leave at 8.45pm because business was slow and wasn’t worth them staying open.
I would avoid this place if you can. You get the impression they want it closed down and it’s only a matter of time.

Worse Experience of me staying in Premier Inns on Arrival was met with sarcasm from the reception staff on checking in and bout applying one more person to the Breakfast who lived locally.
The room looked like it needed to be updated to the standard which Premier inn sets this was just below the floors were squeaky throughout.
They had vending machines available for card and change but wasn’t a float for change for guests who might not want to use there cards but was told the nearest shop was 40 mins down road.
Prob the best thing from the experience was the pub it’s attaches to with there high standard decoration and choice of drinks and food and staff a lot more professional than the staff in premier inn.

No guarantee parking places, however we stayed there at peak period and did not experience any problems. The car park is very big, the hotel is not so big.
There are more places to choose from in the Bournemouth area.
