Have stayed here multiple times when on business in Bristol. Check-in and check-out always very friendly, staff offer advice on the city. Rooms feel quite recently renovated - have had free upgrade due to loyalty scheme which was nice. The gym is small, but well equipped, and

Didn't stay at this hotel but had a training event here. The room was comfortable and staff were polite and helpful. And the (mainly chocolatey) snacks provided to the room were amazing!! Thoroughly recommend for a training/teambuilding venue

Dear Wendy, Although you didn't stay thank you so much for reviewing our conference facilities! It is always good to let other patrons know the additional facilities we have on offer at Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre. Our homemade cookies and cakes are delicious, I have to agree. Although now it's January I am trying my best not to 'sample' them too often. I hope next time you have a training event you keep us in mind? Please contact our Meetings & Events Manager Grant and he will be sure to fix the details for you. Kind Regards, Michael O General Manager

The NCP car park has an exit that leads straight to the hotel with disability access. Very straightforward.

I think there is some confusion in the earlier answers. The coach station for National Express is at Marlborough street which is less than 5 minutes walk from the Holiday Inn, Bond Street. The Holiday Inn EXPRESS is less than 5 minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads railway station. This hotel (Holiday Inn) is just over 20 minutes walk from there.
