I loved this hotel so much. It was my favorite of our entire 2 week, 5 hotel stay. Loved the comfortable vibe, the comfy bed, nice warm lighting and room decor, the fact that the owners use natural cleaning products etc. Super friendly owners, the perfect location for us since we didn't rent a car and relied on the local bus and walking everywhere. I hope to return again to this village and stay once more in this wonderful hotel. It was difficult for us to leave.

Surrounded by olive trees you'll find these delightful, cozy apartments Milos Studios. The owners are very relaxed and do everything to make you feel at home. Buggies and umbrellas, left by previous visitors, are entirely at your disposal. Enjoy a cool breeze on your private blue balcony in the evening or at the small patio. Still this quiet hideout is in walking distance from the shops, Greek restaurants and the pebble beach from Agios Nikitas.

With great location, and a garden of peace and flowers Milos Studios is the perfect choice in Agios Nikitas. The rooms are nice and very clean, and also have a small kitchenette. The hosts are highly proffesionals and with a warm hospitality. They want the best for their guests and this make you feel welcome, relaxed and comfortable. They have created an atmosphere that you could feel in your soul. I enjoyed every day of the stay, and will come back for sure. Thank you from Oslo, Effie and Sergio Mona B

PLUSES: 3 minutes walk to Agios Nikitas center, restaurants and beach; close to the west beaches (by car), nice place and friendly owners, not modern, but everything is very well organised and equiped, sea-view upstairs (we didn't have that luck), but the olive orchard view was ok, nice balcony where you can eat or drink a glass of wine, free wifi, daily cleaning if wanted. MINUSES: Rules on when sheets and towels are changed are not very clear- the sheets were not changed, even if the room was cleaned; there were some wandering ants- I think they made their way through the bathdrain; noisy fridge; humidity smell when you entered the room and the windows were closed.

Very nice owners, helpful and trustful, close to the Agios Nikitas beach, quiet. Second floor rooms have a bit of sea view. Rules on when sheets, towels and rooms are cleaned are not very clear. Internet is slow or at least fluctuating but it might be the same everywhere.

We were there in august 2014 and stayed like 4 days, it was very nice, not so far from the beach. The place is really nice, not modern but that`s really not a problem, if you stay on the sea-view side upstairs, the view from the terrace is amazing and relaxing... They changed the towels almost every day, we would love to go back there if we`ll have the chance.

I've been in this Studios in the early weeks of September I can say Lodging Perfect! The studios offers a closet big enough to store everything you need including Suitcase! The kitchen is equipped with every comfort keeping in mind that accommodations are estivi.cucina that we used every day and that did not give us any kind of problem: The rooms were cleaned every day and towels / sheets changed every 4giorni.La structure is easily visible when you arrive at Agios Nikitas.Dista few meters from the town center where there are quaint small supermarkets that sell tutto.La beach is really beautiful though small, turquoise sea of a thousand sfumature.Poco distant (5min walk) for those arriving by car there is no L 'auto / Moto Noleggio.Ottima accommodation to visit all the isola.Ciliegina cake on the owners Sergio and Effie always available, friendly to our every request, make available to the ombrlelloni even in case of need. I would recommend it in a particular couples or small families with Small Children.…

Milos Studios are certainly among the best studios we saw in Greece ever, surely better than the greek standard. Location is perfect, in the centre of Agios Nikitas (which is the most beautiful small town in Lefkada) and at the same time out of the crowd, along a small pedestrian street which goes through olive trees. Our accommodation was a modern room, with very comfortable beds, air conditioned and a large bathroom. Room, kitchenette, bathroom, everything is recent and very clean. Our room is probably the one with the largest balcony, with view over the trees and we also could watch the sea on the left side. Room's walls must be probably soundproof because we heard almost nothing from the next rooms. Outside is a cosy, fresh and shady court where you can sit under a big olive tree. WiFi is very good, both inside and outside. Last but non least, the owners are really kind and helpful persons and it's a real pleasure to spend time having a chat with them (italian people can speak with them in italian).…

We spent 5 days here. Very peaceful and quite place. It is about 100m from the main road and 150m from the pedestrian street with all the shops, restaurants, bars... 3-5 minutes walk to the beach of Ag. Nikitas. The hosts are very kind and willing to help with everything they can. Reservation at a restaurant - OK; some tools for fixing our car - OK; late check-out - sure, no problem. Really really really hospitable people. Basic but very clean rooms. A kitchenette with all the utilities you can need. Every day we had our own home-made breakfast at the studio's balcony with a lovely sea view.

We had really pleasent stay at Milos studios in Ag. Nikitas, Lefkada. When we arrived our host Sergio prepared refreshment for us, which was really nice after long trip to Lefkada. Apartments are on great location, city center is 3 minutes away, and still it is very quiet. Beach is also very close, 5 minutes, and is very nice beach, but on days of weekend also very crowded. Generally chosing Ag. Nikitas as a base is the best option since the moste beautiful beaches are on the west side of island, and there is more than a few around Agios Nikitas. During our stay Sergio and Effie were at our disposal during the day for any kind of questions or advices in regard of where to go and what to see on the island. Also we had a pleasure to try their home made jam from oranges and excellent cheescake with ananas for a desert. We would certainly return here.…
