I truly enjoyed my stay, the resort provided a lovely tranquil setting that helps put your mind at ease and allows for maximum relaxation.
The sprawling layout, beautiful views, my 3 bed spacious pool villa, spa, delicious food (best beef Rendang I’ve ever had), all contributed to a perfect stay.

The best feature is by far the well thought about detailed touches and the amazing staff led by Marc the General Manager.
The amazing attention to detail, professionalism and remarkable customer service did not go unnoticed.

Everyone of the staff did their best and worked tirelessly to make our stay magical and from the time of our arrival, we were always provided with ultimate service with a smile.

I don’t know everyone’s name, but special kudos to The Front office team, Housekeeping, Spa, Grounds and Maintenance, the Chef and Restaurant staff, Bartender (great Negroni) and any other members of the team that helped make this resort utterly amazing daily.

I want to highlight the amazing customer service provided by Phuong in the restaurant, who went above and beyond to make sure every one of our dining experiences were perfect.

I loved our stay in this best kept secret of Quy Nhon and would love to return in the not so far future.

Unique, beautiful, and passionate are three simple words that represent Maia Resort Quy Nhon.
Maia resort has officially made my summer vacation. Like all of us here in Vietnam, COVID-19 has ruined most of our summertime. We are all locked into our homes, not being able to have a nice, relaxing splash near the seashores. Besides, resorts, hotels are slowly closing down as Coronavirus cases rapidly increase, leaving us with little hope for a short, simple vacation. However, I was still determined to receive one lovely holiday by the beach, without much of a high expectation due to COVID-19. Surprisingly, we ended up spending the three most valuable nights of our lives at Maia Resort in Quy Nhon.
As always, I would say traveling brings you great experiences!

Brief Reviews

Rooms (Villas) are clean and well equipped! All the furniture is high quality and really comfortable. Personally, Maia Resort rooms are considered best for large families going together. Incredible.

Maia has a gorgeous location on the outskirts of Quy Nhon city in Central Vietnam. The beach is clean with a beautiful mixture of light and dark blue. Besides, Maia is very nature friendly, with trees, flowers, and grass surrounding each villa. Most importantly, the location creates a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere for all guests enjoying their valuable time at the beach.

The food is absolutely delicious. Breakfast is well served with various types of Western and Asian food. Fresh juices, coffee, and tea are fresh and exceptionally brewed. Most importantly, the bread, including croissants, is mouth-watering. Furthermore, dinner is excellent. The cuisine is between Vietnamese and Indonesian and was well executed.

Besides food, the restaurant SERVICE is astonishing. My family and I would like to thank Thao, Tú, Nhung, Chung, chef Sơn, Duyên, and Nhi, including head chef Komang. Thao was incredible with her kindness and passionate service. Not only the restaurant staff, everyone was welcoming and lovely. They all gave their best for our stay.

I highly recommend Maia Resort Quy Nhon to everyone. One of the top resorts that I have experienced compared to Amanoi, Six Senses, Four Seasons, and various other resorts.

It's difficult to put into 1500 characters how good this resort is without sounding sycophantic. I love Maia from architecture to services even their well attitude which made me jealousy.

We had a garden pool villa, and it was spotless. The cleaning staff came every morning and were extremely diligent and so fast but still be attentive. Do trust me, There are no resort in Vietnam to do that. They was refill amenities every day but especially choc cookie, soft drinks, bottle of water and fruits, muffins... It was made me full in mid day or enjoy it after took a nap. Pool private, lounge, Sofa and bathtub are one of the big highlights to help and push Maia which are one of the best destinations in Quy Nhon even top ranking with those luxuries Resort other. Vị restaurant, it was retro restaurant but not less modern. I will describe it one by one there. Breakfast every morning, various dishes and high quality, we were full of stomach but still want to eat some dishes we could not try it anymore. Room service, we had a seafood pizza and deep fry fish, zero coke and local beer and chillax in pool lead to good food and good mood the day. The last is dinner, We have order Viet cuisine because I read review of previous guest shared that Viet cuisine of Maia is a unique, and worth penny. Beach clean, a lot of activities and Yoga & Meditation classes. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and more!! My friend who have birthday falling on our stay time here but Reservation star offered a small pounch cake upon arrivals. She is happy and lovely took a photo lots. Our spa treatments were amazing and spa stars who always polite and accepted my requested lmao. Finally, It's hard for me to say thank you all Maia, where made me touched and cannot farewell to you. The attention to details from staffs made all the difference.

Now last but by no means least, I would shout out some staffs who make me remember in my head and couldn't remove it. Ms. Duyen ( FO ) she always asked me and took care of me during stay here. Ms Ly and Ms Ha at Vị restaurants who took care and served us to fastly. Buggy, Operator, Receptionist are kind and fast service when I needed. I'm sure there are many more things I could say about Maia resort Quy Nhon but we will leave it with this..... we definitely come back to Maia Quy Nhon in the not distant future.

Wishing you all the best and great success 🎉💪🏻

If like us you wanted a long weekend away from city life staying next to a pristine beach , your own pool and fantastic onsite food look no further. Just a short hop from Ho Ch Minh or Hanoi with a highway door to door from the airport it couldn’t be easier. Maia is spacious, clean and well laid out. We stayed in a garden pool villa, which as the name suggests has its own pool... the room is beautifully designed with lovely fixtures and fittings. A lounge area, a bedroom area and the bathroom area separated by partitions. Big sliding door windows lead down to your pool and garden. There are lots of useful goodies in the room to make popping out in the note easy including a beach bag and separate pool towels. The food at the restaurant is a fusion of Indonesian, Thailand and Vietnam. It turns out the head chef is from Bali! The food selection is wide and of very good quality and presentation. Everything we tried, and it was a lot!, was excellent. Of particular note was the excellent sambal that came with the bread on our first lunch. Add to this that on the restaurant deck you’re looking out over the beautiful sand and sea in silence. Check out the wine list, a great range from the old and new world. Last but not least, the service. Attentive, never instructive, prompt room service, always with a smile and “any thing else?”

A truly wonderful resort. Special. We will go back soon.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this beautiful new property as one of the first guests in late August. We had such a lovely time, our twin girls at the age of 5 years enjoyed our private pool as well the ocean with its beautiful beach. The sea has been very calm and the water was shallow which was just ideal for them to build some sandcastle. The food was fantastic with a great mix of Italian, Vietnamese, and Indonesian dishes, thanks to the amazing chef! The staff has been overall wonderful and very accommodating. Even the resort just opened a week before our arrival we felt that all was well-running, trained, and setup. From check in to check out all worked very well. During our time we stayed at a Deluxe Pool Villa which was exceptionally spacious and ideal for our family of 4. Almost all of the Villas have a private pool and facing towards the ocean which was a very nice feature we thought, besides there will be a 2nd speciality restaurant open as well as a kids club. We can`t wait to come back hopefully very soon to enjoy more relaxing quality time!!! Once again a big thank you to the GM and his team which did a fantastic job!!

We stayed in the Deluxe Pool Villa, where we had our private front yard with a small but pretty garden. The design was spacious and modern; any corner would instantly make an instagram-worthy snap! We enjoyed the luxurious and super comfy beddings (there was even a window seat/ mini bed in the master bedroom), wooden interiors, and plenty of natural light. The spa treatment (muscle relief) was one of my best massage experience. The food in their main restaurant ("Vi", meaning "Taste") did not disappoint. We loved loved loved their buttery croissants, Vietnamese iced coffee, and enjoyed the cosy gourmet dinners. This resort is especially located opposite the dozen of wind turbines which make for a very unique experience. I imagine coming here for your summer vacation would be perfect as the beach is accessible right inside the resort!

Spent 3 nights here and was without a doubt one of the best properties I’ve stayed at in Vietnam. The rooms are spacious and elegantly designed with attention to the small details like fruit, cookies and nuts as well as a turn down service with mini treats that makes the experience delightful. The food was excellent, fresh and bursting with flavor. Must try the pastry and bread that freshly baked on the property. The staff are extremely friendly and super accommodating. The Garden Villa with pool would be my room of choice to jump start a relaxing weekend into gear.

The first impression is the resort is very new and nice. We expected to have a good experience like many times before in Fusion. I stayed in all other Fusion resorts in Vietnam and this one is the only one left, but I have to say this is the most disappointed one although I am a big fan of Fusion.

We booked 3 villas for 3 nights from Thurs to Sun.

The resort is lack of everything. There is only one restaurant called “Vi”. The first lunch in Vi restaurant, it was Thursday, I asked for a coconut and the waiter said coconut is out of stock (!). A 5 star beach resort did not even have a coconut!!! And I got a dirty fork for my table set up at dinner.

The menu is short and they only have 1 menu for lunch and dinner (as Maia is a brand focusing on F&B so I expected very much). I guess probably because of Covid so they have to collapsed the menu. But the food was good, the pastry was impressive. They delivered room gift everyday, different cakes and they were all very delicous. The rare bright spot of my trip.

The service seems better on weekend when they have more guests. On Saturday night I asked a waiter to set up a table outdoor, but she said they were out of tables and chairs! I thought they were lazy, because after that I asked a man who looks like supervisor or manager, he set up a table for us very quick and deliver much more better service.

The room was new, I like the blue/olive green color they use for this resort than purple in other Fusion. But the floor and the doorglass was dirty, the light switch button was broken, can’t turn off and I have to use my room key to fix it temporarily. The turndown service was not good, they did not pay attention on details, housekeeper forgot to dump the trash, my room did not have the clothes drying rack (my sister room had and when I asked the housekeeping they said the rack is only for showing purpose, only 1 room has!!)

The trees in resort seems still very young, and not be good taken care of, maybe they are lack of human resource at the moment. The private beach is very beautiful but seems like no one cleans it, fragments everywhere, I can’t let my baby step on it. And they don’t have any umbrella or chairs there.

I did not feel being taken care of, like everything in this resort. I don’t know because of the Covid situation or any reason, but to keep the guests coming back, the resort has to change.

Dear Annanguyen201293, Thank you for your recent stay and for offering us an online reflection of your impressions. It is never encouraging to receive this type of feedback but like any informed operator, it is taken in stride and used as a tool to ameliorate the product and service as a whole. However, and rather surprisingly, none of these grievances were raised during the stay including when you was in contact with several members of our management team, therefore, we are left little option than to reactively assess these claims rather than proactively correct errors based in fact while you were on-property. Our team would have surely done their utmost to appease such a negative sentiment and endeavored to collectively elevate the overall resort experience. Should you wish to speak to the management directly, please be so kind as to contact us with the information provided to you upon your departure. Kindest regards, Marc

It is almost 2 years from my first time being at Maia Resort Quy Nhon. I have missed this place and come back with many surprises by the beauty of green trees and gorgeous beach. I believe that my photos can not capture the real beautiful stunning blue of the ocean under the sun light. My accommodation is Garden Pool Villa which I can say it is really stand out for its design, privacy garden and pool. The resort isn't trying to stuff a bunch of people into one space and you can tell, it is really spread out and the trees around the villa really help it feel extra secluded. You can see how beautiful of the resort and the accommodation via my pictures but honestly, seeing it in person is another thing. It has a quiet sense of luxury that is hard to replicate. The best part of the resort: the staffs and the homemade food. I often make a solo trip to hide away from my stress sometimes, but I don't feel lonely during my trip as the service and hospitality of the resort, it was attentive while being casual and the resort made you feel extra special and cared for with the smile always on the faces. I order grilled fish with quinoa and signature Vietnamese shrimp noodle (my best choice in Vị restaurant 2 years ago) and not be disappointed with the delicious flavor as never ever changed.. I also love the homemade soya milk for the breakfast, salted lemon soda for the lunch and ginger beer for a chill night after dinner. I used to not having something "sweet" at night but the homemade chocolate and cake of turn down service really make me break rules. All non-alcohol drinks in the mini bar are complimentary for your staying at Maia, it's perfect if you stay here with your children who are always the big fan of soft drink for their active days. I am a spa-lover, it must be the mistake if I don't talk anything about the spa service, but honestly to share, I can't remember anything as I almost sleep during the time of my treatment. You seldom sleep during the treatment, but this time I'm sure I really enjoy the spa time. We have passed 2 years with many things happened in our life, something can't be back, however, I feel lucky to have change to travel and stay in Maia Resort Quy Nhon again. Highly recommend this resort for your next vacation in Quy Nhon.

We had a wonderful stay at Maia. Room is super clean, high-class and eco-friendly facilities. Staffs are very helpful and attentive to make sure we are well taken care of. Foods are super tasty at “Vị” restaurant from breakfast to dinner (pastries, coffee, cocktails, indonesian lombak chicken & stir-fry noodle,...).
