A beautiful period property, exceptionally clean and lovingly decorated! Very quiet overnight and lovely bed linen, with gorgeous thick curtains. Enjoyed a nice full English breakfast, nothing was too much trouble! Only there for 1 night though would love to stay again. Thank you for making us so welcome! Roger and Karen, September 2021

Apart from excellent rooms and facilities, my overwhelming recollection is how nice the owners and their staff are. It was like staying with good friends. I'm already recommending them to friends and relatives.

Couldn’t fault our stay here as a family - we were lucky enough to have the family suite and it was perfect. We felt spoilt by the ample and delicious breakfasts - tea is sourced from a merchant in Norwich and the coffee was barista standard. Shaun and Daron were great hosts and made us all feel welcomed and looked after. The property itself has been beautifully refurbished and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned to a very high standard. We appreciated the little touches like biscuits and port in the room as well as the hot drinks tray. Walking distance to the beach and a tearoom downstairs. What could be more idyllic?

Called in for breakfast and what a beautiful place. It was spotlessly clean and the food was gorgeous, with very good service. Wish we had stayed there but next time would definitely stay. We could tell straight away as soon as we walked in that it was going to be good.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was fantastic. The rooms are immaculate and well set out. Daron and Shaun are the perfect hosts and take it upon themselves to spend time talking to guests about their stay which is a nice touch. Breakfast is a plenty and cooked fresh (not always the case in some establishments) and their staff are equally as attentive and polite. I would say this maybe the best B&B we’ve stayed at for a very very long time and would have no hesitation about going back next time I’m in the area.
