We stayed for only 1 night. Spotlessly clean, Filipa and Annabel were excellent hosts. The room was extremely comfortable, air conditioned with a beautiful en suite. The ladies were very helpful in organising a transfer for one of our injured parties. The breakfast had a great selection, with freshly baked goods also!! A definite 5 star review.

A convenient location for those hiking the Fisherman’s Trail / Rota Vincentina, Calmaria offers clean, modern and comfortable rooms. A simple but nice breakfast is included and provides a good start to a day of trekking. Check-in is via a code which is provided in advance and permits early, hassle free entry.
