Detailed Reviews

This place is truly unique for its charm and the exquisite attention to detail of its owners. Every moment spent here has been a joy. Perfect for a quick escape or longer vacations, as they provide all the amenities you might need. The houses are equipped with full kitchens, and they also have different types of villas adequate to your needs. For those who want to connect more with nature, they even have a Tipi tent and a wooden cabin. The breakfast offer is an entire range of local products of outstanding quality, and the details here are even prettier. Having your morning coffee on a patio full of trees provides a divine balance between the sunlight and a pleasant shadow. Not to mention the impeccable taste for every detail, from the food styling to their beautiful clutter. I take this place with me as a precious gem of the Alentejo region.

We stayed at the tree house which was fantastic. Manuela the owner is a great person to hang around with.Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was so kind and generous with us. She picked us up for free from the porto covo bus stop. Drove us to Porto covo town the next day and she even organised cycles for us during our stay.
She also dropped us to our next hotel which was 6km away.
The tree house was very clean and comfortable. We loved taking the oranges from the garden to make juice for breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped .Great beds ,slept like a log.
The location is great for walking and cycling to nearby beaches , towns etc.
Do yourself a favour and stay here. You will have a great time.

Adoramos a decoração e as portas pequenas!

The Cabra Goat house duplex is well equipped with a kettle, expresso maker for stove and a coffee plunger, herbal and regular teas, kitchen stove, oven, microwave and fridge, nice hot shower, large towels, living room with cable TV, and is a very comfortable one bedroom flat with heaters, fan and a fireplace inside. There are also large outdoor areas, a common patio with BBQ, pool and wifi (no wash machine in our unit but believe there is one in the larger house). The attached duplex is called Vaca /Cow Villa and similar in size to the Cabra / Goat Villa. There is also a ti-pi (tee pee) and a treehouse for more adventurous accommodation on the grounds, and another larger separate house. Manuela the owner is wonderful, and a wealth of information, she even gave us a bottle of wine. The two goats are friendly too - the larger one will stand all day near the fence so you can pat him. The veggie garden is available too for those who want to cook. The property is about 7-8 kilometres out of Porto, on the Cabeça da Cabra road, in the rural district of the same name. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful villa on this welcoming acreage with its lovely proprietor!
