We booked here with some hesitation due to some of the reviews but decided to give it a go and we are so glad we did. We had 2 twin rooms both of which had 2 double beds. Yes the rooms are a bit dated but they were clean and very comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, from an early check in to getting slippers for us to go down to the pool in, nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff we encountered were brilliant. The pool was great too and an added bonus. We also paid for breakfast, there was a large selection of food to choose from and the cooked breakfast was excellent. We had a great night and would return. Thank you 😊

Previously enjoyed a very good stay with our dog. This time the room was to the left of reception, the room was a good size but not as clean, particularly the carpet. I mentioned it on departure & was told the housekeeper would be informed.

Bed was comfy, room was clean but the decor is very tired, paper peeling off in places, paintwork damaged. Dinner was delicious (we had the slow cooked brisket and pork belly) but breakfast was awful. Not a lot of food, poor quality products and slow to replenish. Mark up on wines is disgraceful and bar heavily overpriced. Didn’t use the pool but the pool area looked very nice and clean. Staff were polite but not particularly welcoming, didn’t really want to go out of their way to make people welcome.

I booked the Hotel to visit a friend following reviews and mentions on Hotels.com. I arrived at the Hotel at 8pm as I had travelled for 4 hours from Staffordshire after work, I was greeted at the reception desk in a lovely and professional manor and given excellent information regarding the facilities on site. My room was fantastic and spotlessly clean and welcoming. I had a double room which was very spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The bathroom was fantastic with a large and deep bath, just the ticket after a long day and drive. I retired to the bar for a quick drink before bed and the staff are lovely. Early start the next day and I decided to use the pool facilities, the jacuzzi was Devine and just the ticket. Sauna superb following a great swim. I had booked breakfast and I must say it was very nice indeed. Full English self service and continental. Staff again are amazing 🤩. Will definitely be back with family next time or even solo again. We stayed following the Cromer fireworks and to meet up with our daughter who is at uni in Norwich. The stay was incredible for the room rate paid. Room was huge clean and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely use again.

on the drive up to the hotel the views are stunning the hotel looks stunning . on arrival the hotel looks outdating and run down . The hotel room needs updating and cleaning properly cob webs on ceiling and dust all over skirting boards . We booked for 2 nights with breakfast ... the breakfast was warm not hot and to be honest would have got a better breakfast at a premiere inn when asked one of the restaurants staff if we just helped ourselves he said yep. Then staff in the restaurant staff was helping there self to breakfast which is not a problem but when you hear them say that the eggs are now being cooked to order and staff say what for us or them is a bit of a let down . so sad to say we will not be staying there

Thank you to the guys at Sprowston Manor Hotel for a great New Year Break. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. All food was served piping hot so well done to the kitchen staff. Can't fault the great New Year Break offer. Well done to every member of staff, thank you for making our stay memorable.

Staff are lovely and helpful. Had a lovely full body massage where the lady (I forgot to get your name! But blonde hair and glasses) did an amazing job, one of the best massages I've ever had! A shame the jacuzzi didn't work, and the steam room was out of action but still enjoyed the free use of the sauna and pool. Would be nice to have a do not disturb sign to hang up, as was awoken by a knocking of the door by house keepers at 8am, but this is not their fault. Lovely spacious rooms and great views.

On the 29/12/22 after many cancellations due to covid we had our wedding day at Sprowston Manor and became Mr & Mrs Grant The whole day was fantastic the food was fantastic the service amazing. Maddie and Pam and there team went above and beyond to make our day so special, the room looked absolutely amazing we couldn’t thank them enough. Maddie has been fantastic from beginning to the end. We wish we could do it all again the bedrooms where beautiful and clean even our dogs had a lovely time and where part of the ceremony. Nothing was too much trouble I could not recommend Sprowston Manor enough and we will definitely visit again Thank you to all the team for a fantastic day we will remember forever

Stayed on Boxing Day night for a last minute overnight getaway with my husband after visiting family in the area. I have to say I was really pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed it. The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas with lovely trees and displays , and smelt gorgeous in the lobby and reception areas. The staff were polite and efficient. I was a little disappointed that the restaurant menu was so limited , a bit ‘pub grub’ if I’m honest but I understand that after the Christmas rush they had scaled things back as the hotel was quiet. It was still nice food and we enjoyed it. I would like to have seen a more extensive wine menu as thought this was a bit limited, especially in reds, but the one we had was fine. The room was great, very spacious and clean. A few tweaks would be needed to make it more luxurious, but it was a nice relaxing area and we had a comfortable night’s sleep. Sadly we didn’t have time to use the leisure facilities but hope to on another stay. Would definitely like to return at another time of the year. For what we paid we had a really nice time and both thought it was excellent value for money.…
