Wonderful place to stay - lovely rooms, all the staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. Had a great evening meal in the restaurant and made full use of the pool and gym each day. Wi-fi not so brilliant in our room but a small price to pay. We’ll be back - especially when there is an ‘offer’ on!

Stayed one night hotel room was very clean very large with walk in shower and jacuzzi bath very large bed I stayed in number 18 had a nice outdoor patio area evening meal was very nice I am gluten free staff was very clued up had a very large selection to choose from and breakfast they cooked me separate sausage and hash browns also had gluten free toast. All the staff were very polite and helpful would recommend this hotel.

We spent a weekend at Park Farm hotel and wanted to say how much we loved it! We started our stay by having massages which made us so relaxed. We stayed in the Beech Suite which was amazing. Cinema snug, jacuzzi bath, window shutters. It was pitch black and quiet meaning a rare great nights sleep was had. We ate at the restaurant on both nights. My wife is gluten free and the staff couldn’t have done anymore to cater for her. We used the spa and gym on the Sunday to finish our stay. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. We will definitely be back!

On arrival, one older receptionist was quite sarcastic about us not having booked the spa. She had what I can only describe as an attitude.... perhaps she was having a bad day. Food was delicious when I eventually got what I asked for. They did change my supposed rare steak ( which was well done) but only after suggesting my friend had mine and had hers! Hers was definitely well done, as she had ordered. When we were asked if we wanted dessert, I asked for cheese and biscuits and the menu for my friend so she could choose. Almost half an later we flagged down a waitress( by this time the restaurant was about to close and it was a bit too late and to be honest, I was a bit passed dessert at this time.) We asked for complementary brandies, which we got, but should I have had to ask? On check out the girls on duty were wonderful. Massage was amazing, best I've had! Pool area and jacuzzi were very good. On the whole had a nice time. Would I go back? Not sure.…

Excellent service and facilities. The afternoon tea for 23 people was particularly good. The Ellingham suite was ample space for us and is a nice room, giving us the privacy required. bar service was also quick.

The accomodation is first class with good sized rooms that are clean and good sized. The bathroom in our room had a bath and a separate shower. The price included an excellent breakfast and the use of the swimming pool,sauna and steam room. The evening meal was expensive and not particularly good value on the night we stayed.

This is an exceptional hotel. If it were possible we would give it a 4 3/4 rating (never give a 5). The staff are exceptional and the room we stayed in was very clean and of a very high quality. Having stayed in many hotels in the UK and in other countries, this is among the best we have experienced.

Wonderful room with super comfy bed. Breakfast excellent with lots of choices both buffet and menu. Spa and gym great with optional treatments. Staff super helpful and friendly. Great location for getting into Norwich and exploring Norfolk/Suffolk. Will definitely be back.
