SO friendly
While I was living in an apartment during my time in PSE, Hotel Belvedere was my home away from temporary home. I spent hours here using wifi and enjoying snacks and drinks from their restaurant. I can not speak for the rooms themselves, however, the staff was an amazing family who truly were the kindest people...despite the language barrier.

We've stayed in this hotel for a weekend with 2 kids. The room was clean and quite large, with TV and bathroom. Although our window faced a main road, no problems of noise during the night. Breakfast at the bar inside the hotel, with several homemade cakes and sweets, and obviously croissants and everything usually available at the bar, plus cereals and so on. Kind staff. Definitely a good experience.
