We booked through TUI for 7 days AI at the Premier Le Reve Hotel & Spa the cost was £895 pp (which included our customary row 16 seats with extra space and legroom) ..We booked our transfers separately via 'Holiday Extras' costing £17 return.. and our entry VISA was $25 each and paid in cash at the bank upon arrival at Hurghada Airport 🛫
We chose the Premier Le Reve Hotel which is in Sahl Hasheesh district and 25 minutes drive from Hurghada Airport.. and from the minute we arrived and until we left we were both treated like kings! (No joke) and everything from the service we received to the hotel resort itself was outstanding! ..the staff are absolutely amazing as is the food (no matter where you eat in resort) there is even waiter service while your relaxing around the pools including sunglasses cleaning.. cold towel service and even a cold fruit service!
The room we booked was the standard garden view room which was upgraded (free) upon our arrival to a sea/pool view room!.. the rooms are stylish spotlessly clean and included everything you would expect from a 5* hotel. The aesthetics of the PLR is high end and again spotlessly clean throughout with the gardens constantly being attended too to create such a beautiful relaxing environment and for the equivalent standard of hotel back home in London UK you would be paying much much more £££'s per night than we paid to stay at PLR!!!
When we arrived we sent all our clothes to the laundry to be pressed and all arrived back (on hangers) in our room by 2pm that very same day! at a cost of only €10 (per bag).. If you require your clothes washed/dry cleaned and pressed this costs just €15 (per bag).
The hotel offers a variety of services including room service (at a cost) and you can also upgrade to VIP for a charge of $25pppn (directly upon arrival at PLR).. VIP is included if your staying in one of the PLR suites that are on offer at a cost of between $100pn to $300pn depending on the season and suite you stay in ..the hotel spa was beautiful and relaxing (at a cost) depending on treatments required.. but always remember to BARGAIN with the price before booking or buying anything as the Egyptians love to BARGAIN!!!
PLR also have a loyalty scheme and once you reach 50 nights stay you are automatically upgraded to VIP status FREE of charge which includes many benefits.
The hotel has beach buggies for hire at £20ph and can be found on the promenade to the right of PLR and you can drive along the coastline to the harbour where you'll find plenty of shops and coffee bars and is a lovely place to sit day or evening! There is also a Duty Free show to the right of the hotel (next hotel down) which is cheap but again remember to BARGAIN!!!
PLR has a beautiful white sandy beach with plenty of cushioned sun loungers with a jetty to the left leading direct to the house coral reef where you can snorkel and enjoy the red sea in safty ..You can also arrange to have a sunrise breakfast or a candle scape dinner on the hotels private beach in beautiful surroundings (both at extra cost).
We also went on two privately booked trips (for just the two of us) ..the first was LUXOR which was a little over 4hrs there and a 4hr trip back to our hotel which was an amazing experience and cost just $300.. and the second was a private snorkeling trip which cost just $50 and included a sandbank island stop in the red sea which was truly breathtaking as we were the only ones there surrounded by nothing but peace... .. . Both trips included food.. drinks and cold towels!
All in all.. from the gardeners right up to the general manager.. all members and colleagues were outstanding in every way! ..the Premier Le Reve is hands down 'THE' best hotel resort in Hurghada Egypt and we shall undoubtedly be returning to this gem of a find...

First stayed here in 2018 and just returned from our 6th visit. For us this hotel is a bit of paradise, so relaxing and the welcome from all the staff is always amazing, they all genuinely want you to enjoy your time at the hotel. The hotel is situated in a quiet location around 30 minutes from the airport and as soon as you arrive and walk into the stunning reception area you feel like you have arrived somewhere special. All the bedrooms are of a really good size with huge beds and the view from the pool/sea view rooms is fantastic. The hotel has a range of al carte restaurants that you are able to book via guest relations situated in the main reception area from 10am. Magda is a star and will help you with your restaurant bookings and the quality of food throughout our stay was outstanding as ever, I dont understand how anyone could be anything other than impressed with the choice of food at the hotel, including the buffet restaurant, you really are spoilt for choice. Plenty of sunbeds are available around the pools and although we choose to get up early you could still get a sunbed gone 9am and failing this you can always get a bed on the beach. The weather is always amazing here, we have been at various times in the year and it is one of the many reasons we choose to keep coming back here. The hotel has a good gym facility that I used everyday and is well managed by Salah who is very helpful, constantly topping up my bottle with fresh water. The evening entertainment is fairly low key although this has got a bit more lively in recent times, we tend to just have a drink in the Executive lounge after our evening meal as we like to rise early. We also enjoy snorkeling and this is accessed at the back of the hotel at the end of the jetty and you see some amazing fish, we even saw the octopus on our most recent. Having stayed at so many hotels previously that have disappointed we are so glad we found PLR and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Having also recommended this hotel to family and friends they have also really enjoyed staying here so I would thoroughly recommend you give this place a go if you are reading reviews on here considering booking, I dont think you will find anywhere much better,certainly not in hurghada.

1st stay in Egypt and 1st stay at Premier Le Reve. Booked 10 months before travelling so had seen reviews and was expecting something special. We certainly weren't disappointed. All staff have been trained to give the best holiday experience for their guests (I work in the hospitality sector and was extremely impressed). Food in all restaurants is top quality, the variety of dishes amazing. Stayed for 14 nights and didn't find food on offer repetitive. Gala night in the buffet exceptional. After seeing some previous reviews wasn't expecting to like the house wine but was surprised to find it to my liking. Waiter service fabulous, glasses topped up before they are empty. I'd like to especially mention Christina at guest services who rectified a couple of small issues I'd had with my room (guest services team visit guests around the pool and even on the beach) by upgrading us to another room. Also couldn't leave a review without mentioning Mohammed our beach waiter. What a hard working and fantastic service he provided, remembering ours drinks and ensuring our glasses were refilled. Our sunbeds were moved to sunny positions each morning and sunglasses cleaned daily. Evening entertainment was low key the first week (it was still a bit chilly in the evening) but as the weather improved it was moved to the pool bar and we definitely enjoyed it more. If your looking for a party party 🥳 hotel Premier Le Reve isn't for you. If you're looking to be pampered, eat delicious food and relax you really won't be disappointed. Also want to thank Max at the jewellery shop who cleaned my wedding and engagement rings and from whom I purchased a beautiful set of costume jewellery.

Having read excellent reviews of this property, we were not disappointed. This was probably the best hotel that we have stayed at in the Hurghada area.
Even though there is a good choice of restaurants in the hotel itself, we ate in the main buffet restaurant every night as the food and service was so good. There was always an extensive choice and we never had two meals the same.
We were given a Junior Jacuzzi Suite which was supremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every day the room was cleaned so thoroughly with the tea / coffee supplies always topped up. The only downside was that the room never had sun on the balcony until mid afternoon and it would have been nice to have sat outside in the morning.
We had lunch every day in the pool restaurant and enjoyed it. The choice was not extensive but it was perfectly adequate. As was the case in the main restaurant, the service was excellent and very welcoming.
There was no shortage of comfortable sunbeds both on the beach and around the pool. They came round regularly with drinks and they even offered to clean one's reading glasses every day as well!
I used the Spa many times and this was excellent with good facilities. Ahmed was my masseur and I could not fault the quality of the massages. He was a nice guy as well and very welcoming. All of the staff in the Rumer Spa were so friendly and I would thoroughly recommend visits to the Spa, definitely more than once!
The hotel is fairly isolated however with only other nearby hotels in the immediate vicinity. We did walk into the resort 'centre' on one of the days and had a nice meal at Shimmers Restaurant. There are not many shops etc in the resort but it did offer a change of scenery.
As the hotel is isolated, one relies on some evening entertainment and this was disappointing. The Long Bar had been painted and the varnish smell was overwhelming to the extent that we lasted only 5 minutes there. The Bar itself was not terribly appealing in its layout and overall decor so we would not have wanted to go back even without the smell. The downstairs bar was very small and also a bit stark so we did not go in.
We tended to sit in the main lobby area where Abdul and his colleagues were so friendly and came round regularly with drinks. There were musicians who played every night with the guitarist, cellist and Oud players in particular being good.
The evening entertainment therefore in the cooler winter months is therefore very limited so for those wanting something going on, they would be disappointed.
There are a few boutique and supply shops in the hotel and the pharmacy is very good.
The management of the hotel is always available and will do their utmost to handle any query. The guest relations team are superb and spend a lot of time going round talking to the guests. Maria is able to speak Arabic, English, German, French and Spanish.....wow!
All in all, we had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel to all adults except those wanting extensive evening entertainment.

I had an amazing experience at this resort and want to highlight the excellent work of the entire team.
My wife and I stayed for 10 days over Christmas and New Year, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness and care. Every staff member, from management to housekeeping and maintenance, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their professionalism and attention truly made our stay special.
While I could name several staff members who provided exceptional service, I want to make sure I’m not unfair, as so many contributed to our wonderful experience. I would especially like to recognise the general management and the behind-the-scenes team, whose efforts are undoubtedly the foundation of the excellent service we received from the front-line staff. Without their hard work and leadership, such a seamless experience wouldn’t be possible.
The restaurant was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious international dishes at every meal. Everything was impeccably clean and well-organised. The waiters, chefs, and managers ensured that every detail was perfect, and their care in maintaining food quality and temperature was evident.
The table settings were always flawless, with fresh flowers and polished cutlery. Despite managing nearly 100 tables, they were always clean, arranged, and ready for guests.
Cleanliness and maintenance across the resort were exceptional. Every space, from floors to door frames, windows, and surfaces, was spotless and well cared for.
The resort’s spacious design added a unique sense of comfort. High ceilings, cosy beds, spotless bathrooms, and thoughtfully designed furniture created a relaxing atmosphere. The beach beds were particularly inviting!
The highlight, however, was the dedication and warmth of the staff. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made all the difference. Whether front-of-house or behind-the-scenes, every team member played a role in creating an unforgettable stay.

As creatures of habit we returned to Le Reve for a 14 night stay in a junior suite with VIP package at the beginning of March. At this hotel we know we will get first class service with a smile from everyone at all times. It is one of the most relaxing hotels we have visited and remains a firm favourite when we need to escape cold, dull UK for some warmth and sunshine. Our room was spotless and immaculately serviced by Mahmoud with numerous examples of towel sculptures to raise a smile after a hard day relaxing by the pool and having your sunglasses cleaned, fruit salad and drinks served and umbrellas moved all without leaving the sunbed. The pool team are all superstars. Restaurants were as superb as ever with a great selection available in the buffet for breakfast and lunch. We only ate dinner in the buffet on the night we arrived as the VIP package gives access to all the a la carte restaurants which are superb. Bear in mind that all menus are to some extent an Egyptian take on the speciality cuisine and dishes might not be quite what you get in UK. This adds to the charm. The VIP package also gives access to the Executive Club lounge which is great for pre dinner drinks and is an excellent place to meet and chat with other guests. We have made many friends in the Exec and as there are a large number of “returners” we always meet and renew friendships and catch up on each others’ news, and exchange details of other holiday destinations. The Exec club is the only bar that serves sparkling wine. This year the hotel has finally completed an upgrade of the WiFi and coverage in our room was excellent and poolside was good early morning before it got busy as lack of bandwidth limits connectivity when the area gets busy. It is now more than adequate for keeping touch by email and downloading the daily newspaper puzzles page Sunday lunch was served as a barbecue by the poolside bar and restaurant. When we stayed it had only been done three or four times and teething problems were being ironed out. Quality of the fare was excellent but the windy weather made keeping food hot between grill and plate a challenge for the team We look forward to seeing how service works when we return in the autumn. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the gardening team work hard to keep all areas trimmed and mowed. Note that “fogging” is carried out most evenings to ensure that no biting insect population becomes a problem If you want a break where you are thoroughly spoiled and want to chill out and relax where the only noise to upset tranquillity is the daily aqua aerobics class from 11:30 until 12:00 with an annoying “Ooh Ooh” chant on the count of 7 then you will enjoy the Le Reve. We schedule a walk from 11 through 12 . All the staff are superb and always have a smile and a willingness to ensure your holiday is as good as it can be. All are superstars We have already booked our next trips to ensure we do not miss out.

The hotel is truly 5star, the staff, the service and the accommodation. We visited Premier last April as a repeated visit as we find our holidays there so relaxing, pampered and that bit of luxury and extra attention, that make you want to come back again. The rooms are absolutely fantastic, luxurious spacious beds, beautifully decorated and so comfortable with amazing views. We’ve been extremely lucky to have been upgraded to suite rooms which are totally worth it, with the executive lounge serving excellent espresso martinis and the options for secluded meals in the Society restaurant. Our favourite restaurant has always been the Italian though there is always such a fantastic selection at the other a la cartes or the main buffet restaurant.
The staff are all amazing and so attentive. Particular praise should go to Hamada Mohamed in the main restaurant who looked out for us every day, had our drinks on our table as we arrived and went that extra mile to make sure we were so well looked after. It is also so rare to see senior managers mingling with guests but it is amazing to see the Resident Manager Mr Fouquet walking round asking guests if they have any concerns or comments. He also actions all the concerns, he has arranged for fridges to be repaired, WiFi to be upgraded and he genuinely cares about his customers. He also greets and comes out to shake your hand as you leave. Exceptional customer care, it makes yo7 feel special.
Another manager who has gone out of his way to make our stay special is Hassam Mandour. Found every day at reception, Hassam will deal with any problems or concerns and he was brilliant when we visited the hotel with 2 elderly parents who needed extra help in their room and medical care. All staff have superb customer care and we have always been so well treated we will keep returning while we are able.
Pool staff will also attend to your every need, from polishing your sunglasses to serving you drinks, cool napkins or bowls of fruit salad. We love the location, the service, the food, the staff and the fact we come home so relaxed, wanting to return again soon.
We are due to visit against in April to celebrate a 44 th wedding anniversary (and a 64th birthday). We can’t wait and we are looking to upgrade to a suite overlooking the main pool. Fantastic hotel would recommend to anyone loving culture, pampering, great food and a really special service.

Our second visit to this amazing hotel, this time with our sisters and thier husbands too. We already saving up for next time. The staff at Premier Le Reve are absolutly amazing, nothing is too much trouble and every single one of them is happy, helpful and always smiling. I have to start with food as I have numerous food allergies and intolerances, including gluten and dairy. Yet again I was greeted by Mr Baher, the food and beverage manager. He confirmed my needs and said he would ensure that I would be catered for at every meal, and he was right. Every meal at every restaurant he, Ibrahim or Mustafa (In Bella restaurant in the evenings) made sure that all chefs, waiters etc. were aware. For the second time (the first being here last year) I did not spend any time ill in our room during our two weeks. For this I will be forever thankful. Thank you all. If you have dietary needs, tell them, make it known, they will do everything they can for you. As with everywhere in the hotel all the restaurants ( Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Osseano and society) are kept to high standard of cleanliness and the hot food was always just that, hot. This was the same for the rest of our group too, they ate from the normal buffet/menu. The gala dinners on a Thursday evening are a spectacle too, an amazing colourful array of pretty much any food you can think of. This hotel is beautiful in all areas, first and foremost are the staff, each and every one of them happy, helpful and so very hard working. The rooms are large and well appointed with a large comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilites, safe etc. and Ahmed, who cleaned our room daily was lovely and very thorough. The gardens are beautifully kept, the pool area was always clean and tidy too with plenty of sunbeds for everyone. You will be kept well served with drinks and cheerful banter by Hany and Carlos. The toilets too were kept clean by the lovely Omnia. There is even a guy who comes around and will clean your glasses/sunglasses, sharif. Mr Fouquet Zakaria, the hotel manager, was also around the pool area and hotel in general every day, checking if all was well and if anything could be done to improve your visit. This area is also 'fogged' every evening around 5pm to repel mosquitoes etc. Maria, guest relations, was an absolute joy as well. Just returned from a fabulous week at this hotel. The staff make this hotel the success it is - the amount of staff available to assist you in every department ready to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable is refreshing. The room (1202) we were allocated was spacious and was cleaned daily to a high standard, special mention to the daily artistic towel displays really made us smile and the effort put in on my birthday a lovely light show, chocolates & a lovely display on the bed. Great to have the mini fridge restocked daily with a selection of drinks & water. Huge respect to the chefs & staff in the main buffet restaurant to cater to such a high standard for the amount of people visiting is a credit to them all it is run like a military operation. The selection was plentiful in breakfast, lunch & dinner. Special mention for the gala dinner night, the display of starters, bread & sweets looked fantastic and the choice of dishes varied and delicious. We booked the Oceana restaurant for the night of my birthday again the staff could not have been more welcoming and ready to make your visit memorable the food was amazing and the table decorations and birthday cake were a lovely touch which was appreciated. The staff in all bar areas (which we frequented far too often 😁) went above & beyond to ensure you were served quickly - I am still amazed at how they remember what your drink of choice was. To have sunbed service from the bar was a bonus as so many hotels do not offer this anymore - the staff work so hard. I visited the Spa for 2 treatments a facial with Mai - absolutely rejuvenating she was excellent shaping my eyebrows, threading and delivering a wonderful facial. The 2nd treatment was a fantastic full body massage with Aasma - it was wonderful and I highly recommend it I felt so relaxed in the days following this massage a very thorough massage. Lastly the cleanliness of the hotel is of a high standard there appeared to be staff 24/7 cleaning all areas of the hotel - particular mention to the lady manning the toilets used by pool users they were always spotless and a plentiful supply of paper towels for an area of such high traffic. I can see why this hotel has so many return visitors I will hopefully be returning. Thanks all of you for a lovely stay.

Very good quality welcome. The Adult Only formula allows for a peaceful, relaxing stay; no loud music and no shouting at the beach, by the pools and inside the restaurants. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very caring. The meals served at the restaurant are varied and delicious. The exteriors are also very clean, no glass lying around. Yes, 4 a la carte visits per week that you should book as soon as you are able. This is worth doing as these not only offer a slight change in fare and atmosphere, but the standard and quality exceeds even the main dinning roon, which exceeds most expectations anyway.

We are here now in our third week and it’s beautiful in the evening sitting out under the stars, temp probably 26c sorted! During the day it is hot hot hot the breeze keeps you cool though.
Right next to the jetty is an area on the beach called the Lagoon manned by the hotels lifeguard where you can walk in shallow water into the sea to swim and snorkel if you wish.
There are more places to choose from in the Sahl Hasheesh area.
