Good location, a short 5 mins drive to all attractions of the downtown and few minutes walk to trendy restaurants in the neighbourhood. Economical and Clean. Two double bed in room but still plenty of room. Parking is onsite at the back of the property. Bathroom clean and spacious. Pool accessible. Friendly and helpful staff. Only disappointment was the breakfast which is served in a bag but only has a croissant, an apple, a cheese stick and a juice box. Even considering the pandemic and the extra security, there could be more done for the breakfast. Other much less expensive hotels have better breakfast.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Slept very well considering that I generally don’t sleep well in hotels. All the coffee you want and the swimming pool an added plus. Because of the pandemic, had bagged breakfast which was so, so. Would definitely stay here again. The price was really good.

Hotel is safe. Hotel has parking behiND and behind that too. 2 lots. Bed Comfy. Sheets are phenomenonal. Downside. There are not a lot restaurants around. If you dont speak french, it's best to have the staff place order for you for takeout or delivery. Staff very helpful and will lend you cutlery dishes ect. Room clean with nice hardwood floor . Provide a lovely bagged breakfast. Very quiet so if your apartier, look elsewhere. Street is very quiet, all you hear is birds. There are aproximate three city buses that traverse that street. Coffee is always on. I would definitely stay here again. And it has an indoor pool which I didn't see.

I would like to start by saying that in many ways the hotel is ok. The rooms are fine, its clean. the staff are friendly enough. There are some issues like no elevator. Really bad layout of available electrical plugs in the room (for example there was a desk in the room but to plug in your laptop you have to pull the desk away from the wall). But most of this can be overlooked and the price is right. However DO NOT RENT THE JUNIOR SUITE. At least no in summer. The junior sweet has a kitchenette, a fold out couch and a separate bedroom with a door. So, this appears to be a great room to get on a family trip with the kids. The problem is there is only air conditioning in the living area, not the bedroom. So if you want to close the door you will boil. Even if you leave the bedroom door open the AC doesn't really get in there very well. So, suffering in the heat I opened the bedroom window at night (the temperature had dropped outside and it was a little bit of a relief). However, there seems to be a street sweeper depot nearby. And at 5AM a fleet of these sweepers went tearing past the hotel at top speed (which is not very fast but is very very loud). I spent 2 nights there and now I am exhausted.

Overall it is a nice hotel. A short drive or a convenient transit ride to and from the main part of Quebec City and near other sites of interests. The room was very clean and nicely modernly decorated! The bed was very comfortable! But the room was likely painted recently as there was a strong chemical-like odour. I would suggest the hotel to use a low VOC paint instead in the future when painting a room. The staff was very friendly and English was no issue. Parking is quite limited though. Breakfast was decent, everything was fresh but not too much variety.
