The hotel is amazing! The staff are friendly and the rooms are modern yet classy! The pricing at this hotel was amazing for the things included, as well as the spaciousness of the room. The hotel was clean and the rooms were also very clean. I saw many couples and families as well who also had smiles on their faces. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere safe, clean and amazingly priced!

Never dissapointed.....great/ frindly service and love having the amazing restaurent downstairs...Sad to see the Starbucks next door clost but one close by in the Mall! Handy free pparking and lots of other restos nearby as well as well as tons of shopping

Decided to stop in Quebec City on the way to Wolfville, NS for a week. We liked this hotel and decided to book it for the return trip. Took in the Bistango restaurant on the return and it was an excellent choice. Wife is fructose and lactose intolerant and they were very accommodating in preparing a dinner. Jean Phillip was particularly helpfull and we'll be sending a note to their HR department. Many food options near by...and bedding was exceptional. Hotel staff were also friendly and accommodating.

My boyfriend and I (and our dog) stayed here while visiting Quebec City for the first time. We booked the ALT hotel because it was dog friendly and cheaper than the hotels closer to the tourist attractions. Our room was small, but very clean and stylish. We loved the glass shower and complimentary parking on the gated lot. Breakfast was not provided but the attached restaurant offered a nice variety. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating! We misplaced some items along our 2 week road trip, and they were able to steer us in the right direction to find replacements (mall across the street was also convenient!). It’s a little further from Old Quebec that we would have liked, but we enjoyed our stay regardless!
