Good food at the main restaurant - SOCO - but it can be very noisy - and the staff can be a bit indifferent at times.
Starbucks is available all day at the other day of the restaurants.
Nice housekeeping staff and good standards.
Was here for a hockey tournament. It was ok. Daughter was on a cot near the window, and it was SO cold. The inside of the window had ice on it. Also found the restaurants in the hotel very expensive, and coffees offered for purchase...More

We stayed at the Delta for two nights over the Easter Weekend. When we arrived Tyler, at the front desk greeted us and was very accomodating. The type of room we had booked was not available and we would've had to wait for it to...More
Great location to downtown Toronto. Less than 15 mins walking to great restaurants. We had a corner room and a great view. The TV sound wasn't working well so in less than 5 minutes the front desk person had a tech person at our door....More

This hotel is very nice. Worth the extra money to do the club rooms (and usually I am pretty cheap but breakfast is great, as is the manager special). Can not get any closer to the aquarium, Rogers centre, Rec room, and harbour.
Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.

I stay here often and as a Gold member we have always been upgraded. Amazing breakfast at Socco is also included in addition to the Club Lounge. I absolutely love this hotel. Customer service is excellent!!
