Recently stayed at the willow motel and was not disappointed. The motel is old and cannot compare to more modern motels however for the cost. It cannot be beat. For 40.00 a night I got a clean quite motel with fridge and microwave. The owner Mohammed is the nicest sweetest motel/hotel owner I've ever dealt with, he treats you like family. I would stay here again next time in niagara. The motel does have wifi which is very nice

We ordered one room with 2 bedrooms, but once we got on the phone with the owner, we were upgraded to 2 rooms since we were 3 adults and 2 kids, with no additional charge.
The motel is old, but very clean.
The owner (Muhammad) is very friendly and advised us of where to have the breakfast (just at the closest motel - and it was great).

We received a warm greeting from the owner and were then given the choice between 2 rooms. The room we chose was quite basic but clean and comfortable. The rooms are in need of updating and I would have liked a kettle in the room, but, overall this was a pleasant, peaceful stay. The motel is located about a 5 minute drive from the all the main attractions, falls, restaurants etc.

The owner/manager will put on a big smile and be so helpful if you are handing him money. Don't be fooled! We were long term renters in 2 rooms and kitchenette for many months. The stove was filthy and rusted out. Only 1 burner worked because the braces on the others were rusted through. The oven was so rusted and filthy that I wouldn't even store my pans in it. He said he would replace it but never did.The refridgerator quit keeping food cold so we asked him to replace it while we were away for a while. That never happened but he said he would pay $100.00 if I would find another one. I bought a stove and refridgerator but when I had to go back to my home he would not pay me for them. He was very slow to repair anything. The toilet was stopped up for 2 days before he sent someone to fix it.

We have stayed in several hotels in Niagara Falls and for the money this is by far the best.
The owner, Mohammed treats us like family. He is so friendly and helpful.
This is an older motel, in a quiet area, not far to the main vacation areas of Niagara Falls. If you have a vehiclle you can be almost anywhere you want to be in a few minutes.
There are many restaurants and pizza places as well as access to grocery stores and shopping that are very close.
Cable TV and internet as well as a fridge and micro-wave are in our room and the A/C works well.
We're very happy we found this place and will stay there as often as we can.

Chose this place because it was a cheap place to stay for the night, and the other reviews had all been positive.

Clean, but sparse rooms, bed was comfortable.
Shower head needs replacing, plenty of warm water but the pressure was high and prickily.
Needed a simple room for a single night at a decent price and this satisfied it.
Not pretty from the outside but who cares... cheap, clean, quiet.

The owner was very nice, but that was all that was positive about Willow Motel. We payed $50, but the room that we got was extremely old. One would think the room hadn't been renovated in decades. The wallpaper was ripped at places. The sink's enamel was eroded and you could see the rust. The bathroom floor was extremely old and not sure how clean. We had a king bed, but the cover sheet had a whole in it. Luckly, we were moving and had a spare bedsheet set in our suitcases, so we used our own bedsheets to sleep on. The fridge was extremely old and the conditioner was rusted. The air was stifling and smelled like an old aunt's house who collects everything old. Don't get a room here. There are plenty of hotels/motels on Lundy's Lane.

We decided to stay the long weekend at the Willow Motel because of the reviews on Trip Advisor.
Mohammud was always smiling as he went about his daily chores.
We were pleasantly surprised at the ample size of our room.
The fridge annd microwave came in handy during the long weekend.
We were invited to join some of the long term guests who were sitting in front of their rooms, talking and laughing..
Several evenings a week they gather and chat. They have been dubbed "The Committee". LOL
What a pleasant way to spend an evenning after a fun day in Niagara Falls.
We will most certainly stay here our next vacation or long weekend in Niagara Falls.

I gave Lundy’s Motel a 5 star rating because while it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles of the more expensive hotel chains in the area, it is quiet, super clean and comfortable. You have to drive a few miles down the road to get to where all the action is in Niagara Falls but the price made it totally worth it. The staff was friendly, I felt safe and I would definitely stay there again.

We booked this motel thru Expedia, within an hour of the booking I got notice from my credit card saying that some questionable charges had appeared and I should have a look. So I quickly checked things out and sure enough I found close to $800 in charges that were made in the US. The credit card company took care of us and got rid of the charges, but my question was where did the hack come from. Expedia assured me that it wasn't them, so I could only assume it was somebody at the motel. We did go the next day, checked in and paid cash for our room as I wasn't going to give them any card. I told them of the hack and her English wasn't good so really did not get an answer. The room was okay but I really think I'd rather pay a bit more and be safe.
