Clean rooms, good service, bear minimum in terms of extras (no fridge, no coffee maker). The beds were clean and okay comfort wise. The front desk was helpful. Worthwhile if you want the minimum to save money

The check in was smooth. Room was on the small side. Room clean and bright. Don't get a room by the door to the corridor, All you hear is door slamming all night. Little bar fridge worked well. No maid service each night.

Booked a reservation through Hotels.com when I arrived I had to ring the bell to get in there was only one staff meme we who was cleaning the floor who eventually came to the speaker once I rang the bell 3 times then let me in. Handed her my drivers license and credit card and she then informed me my drivers license was expired which it obviously was as the service Ontario centres are not fully open. There website says expired drivers licenses are still accepted because of the pandemic. She informed me that their policy was the license can’t be expired. If I can be stopped by the police and not have a problem how can their policy be this. I was not allowed to stay here as a result. Unless I had a passport with me. Which of course I didn’t as I’ve never had a problem and stay in hotels constantly. I was luckily able to find another hotel at the last minute which accepted my expired license with no problem. These pandemic times are hard enough with most idiotic policies that make no sense at all. If you do stay here make sure your license is renewed. I will NEVER give them another opportunity.

For the sub $100 per night price I got a decent room with an okay mattress and pillows. Despite the room being non smoking it certainly smelled like smoke and the halls smelled a bit like pot. The windows were fairly thin and let in a good amount of highway noise but the climate control fan provided enough white noise to mostly cancel it out. The doors have no sound insulation that I can tell. I was at one end of the hall and could hear folks halfway down even though all of us had our doors closed. The room was clean and well maintained. The TV was on top of the wardrobe and I would have to be at least half a foot taller for it to be at eye level. Not ideal for a comfortable watching position. It’s in a good location close to the highway and was ideal as I was visiting a nearby hobby store that I could walk to. Rather than pay for the “free” breakfast some chains offer, I got a better breakfast for only $7 at the nearby sunset grill

Easy to find just off hwy. 401. We were staying there just prior to our flight out of Pearson. For one night it was good. Inexpensive, comfortable beds. It is close to a few restaurants that you can walk to easily.
