My Wife and I were there for my cousins wedding. We booked the 2 story room and it was awesome. Giant and homey. Every single staff member we spoke to at Horseshoe were so nice! We were so impressed by how kind and helpful everyone was!

My family and I went for a long weekend getaway. We had a great time and used many of the amenities and facilities the resort had to offer. The service was great while we were there. We checked out on a holiday Monday right before 11am. On the ride home, I realized I had forgotten something in the room. I called the front desk early afternoon (before their check in time, 4pm) to see if they could get my forgotten item from the room. They informed me that they can't check the room and that I will have to fill out an online form for them to check the room. Upon completion of the form, there are instructions that if I don't hear from them in 2 days, I should call to follow up. I waited 4 days without a call from them. I called a total of 5 times over the following 4 weeks, each time someone telling me they'd look into it for me and call me back. It's been 2 months and I still haven't heard anything from them. I know they have protocol for forgotten items but I feel like this could have been resolved within 2 hours of my check out before the next possible guests could have checked in. What a disappointing end to what could have been a great weekend.

A disappointing experience overall. This is our 3rd time here. We were in room 336. All night, there was a loud tapping rattling noise from the ceiling that would stop for 10 seconds and start up again. We had a loft suite and even the kids below said it kept them up all night. We called front desk and they didn’t seem particularly interest in doing anything about it. They just said “we’ll send maintenance after you check out”. After asking them for some form of compensation or discount, they said they would give us breakfast. Not helpful as only my husband eats breakfast. Apart from our waitress Amanda at Crazy Horse, the service here has been terrible. People seem uninterested to help and less than happy to be working here.

We are two families of three (4 teenagers and 2 moms). First we went to Crazy Horse for dinner. We ordered 2 glasses of wine and water for the kids. They said they don’t serve tap water and you have to buy a bottle of water for each kid at $3.99 each. We left. NO TAP WATER??? Next day we went to golf. We had prebooked times and told them we would need clubs and that it was for teens only and moms would be driving the carts. They said they could rent us clubs for $30 and they had 3 sets. We said we would take 2 sets and we said fine and then they looked us over and decided we weren’t worthy of them. Not sure if it was due to age or ethnicity but they turned us away. We had called ahead and asked for clubs, we told them the ages and yet they turned us away. One particular man was especially rude - older thin man was horrible. He looked to be in charge and was the one that said no to us. We couldn’t play. We then went to check out the bike rentals and the prices are outrageous. Over $300 for two teens not including lift tickets. Bring your own bikes if you can. We also booked the pool time (yes you need to book on line in advance) and when kids showed up - it was packed and other people were just walking in with no reservation. The pool guest services person leaves at 6 so it becomes a free for all even though we had reservations. I will say that beside the older man at golf, everyone else was lovely. The front desk and housekeeping people were very nice. There is no wifi at all. None. We could barely even use data as the signal was terrible. All in all, a big disappointment. One of the families left a day early they were so over it. Hope this helps

Worst. WIFI IN ROOMS, called front desk on hold forever finally they said it’s public WiFi that’s why it slows down everyone using it . So before booking call and check WiFi if they own it otherwise it’s a waste of time to come with your family . Bugs in bathroom too.
