Came into this room today sept 24 2022. Room smells damp .so far found a book and two pairs of socks under my bed. Stuff behind the desk the tv is on. . I own a cleaning business and cleaned very many hotels. This one needs to get their cleaners to check under beds and vacuum. Very out dated hotel for the price check around you can get better for the same price. Only good thing was pressure of water

I liked to stay in Comfort Inns, because all in which I stayed had very comfortable mattresses and pillows and I usually had very good sleep there. My understanding was that this is the chain wide and all of them had these types of mattresses. Unfortunately, this hotel is an exception. The mattress was hard and not comfortable at all. Another anomality is the entrance doors. 1st, they are not sliding, 2nd there is no button for automatic opening. So, if you are bringing suitcases or bags, it is kind of a problem to enter. The staff was friendly. Room has wallpaper on the walls. Looks fresh and clean, except under the AC. There was probably a leak as the wallpapers have bubbles. Carpet in the room had some stains, but mostly clean. Fridge is not mini-mini size. It has a separate freezer and the main section. Bathroom was spotless. I know that the hotel was smoke-free, when we entered the room, the was some smell in the bathroom, reminding smoke. I am not sure if this was some cleaning detergent leaving this after smell, but it was really unpleasant. After we ran ventilation for a couple of hours, it disappeared. For the breakfast, the hotels had scrambled eggs and sausages. They also had a waffles maker and blueberry and regular batter. It was also 2 types of yogurt: Danone and Oikos. Unfortunately for me, no cream cheese. I liked orange juice and coffee was not bad as well. One thing that really surprised me, there were no map on the door where to go in case of fire. I could not even figured out if there was another staircase there. Overall, if we forget about all the things we didn't like, we had a good stay, but next time I will choose another one.…

We booked for two nights and brought our small dog. Upon our arrival I was greeted by a friendly staff member. Our room was not up to standard especially during Covid when one would expect extra efforts in cleanliness. The sliding door had not been cleaned as well as the outside of the fridge (nose prints and dirt from an animal.) There were also animal hairs on the bed dust ruffle and some on the bedding. The bed was hard and I was unable to get a good nights sleep. Our bagged breakfast included a fruit cup, an orange juice and a prepackaged breakfast burrito. Only one of the bags had the burrito so my husband went back to let them know and they said yes they knew as they ran out of burritos. The next day we were given two fruit cups and an orange juice. Not impressed.

With over 15 years of customer service experience. This is what it's all about. Very seldom do I experience the level of excellence from other experiences.To say they go above and beyond to accommodate their Guests is a understatement. I travel very often for work and they took it upon themselves to give me the best rates, the best privileges and so on. The building itself is updated and kept very clean and it's a very safe area. I will not stay anywhere else in Moncton. Close to mall and all other amenities. If you have not yet stayed here it is a must for the service alone. Thank you

Great hotel and very friendly staff. Close to everything! Clean, quiet and lot's of parking available. Many restaurant's and shopping centers close by. It was a business trip so it was also close to the airport.

My husband and I stayed here for one nite in December and we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very quiet due to not many guests that nite. It is an older establishment so I thought it would be dated, but that was not the case. It was very clean, nice carpets in the hallways, updated rooms. A standard breakfast was included and it was comparable to what is served at other hotels. The hotel is located across from the Champlain Mall, and not far from the airport. Highly recommend.

We have stayed at this Motel on several occasions when visiting Moncton. We found it to be a very nice place to stay. We were really pleased with the comfortable bed. The breackfast was adquate, and the people working there were very helpful and friendly. We will stay again.

We recently stayed at Comfort Inn East to be close to the Festival internationales du cinema français en Acadie (FICFA) showings at the Dieppe Cineplex, which is just a short walk away. Check in was fast and easy, the room large, clean and comfortable, with a nice fridge, and the free breakfast buffet was fine. There is plenty of parking, too. We would stay again.

We had stayed at this location about 4 years ago. This time we were a little disapointed in locating the driveway entering the location. It was unmarked and hard to find. When we finally did get there we were pleasently greeted by a very nice young man. The room was comforable, clean and fresh. As usual the bed very comfortable.
