Our first hotel over night since Covid. It was spotlessly clean. Easy check in, comfortable bed, nice pool and easy access to the casino. We will go back. Would have liked to be able to have breakfast on site.
This hotel looked promising,. The rooms were large and although somewhat dated, had updated bathrooms..however the walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in neighbouring rooms..and when you are next to teenagers that does not make for an enjoyable stay..the hotel has yet to reopen the spa and the restaurant in the casino is only open minimal hours. The only saving grace was the courteous front desk staff who helped us in checking out early and cancelling with booking.com.
Everything was good, Checking in was fast and efficient. We ate at the pub in the casino .Food and service was good. The only thing that might be little confusing especially for senior is the motels parking lot.
We stayed at the Casino Hotel on Feb 15 for the Trews concert. I was very disappointed with how thin the walls were in the rooms you could hear everything. With the cost of the rooms I would think that they would make the walls a little thicker so you do not have to whisper to the other people in the room. We got a noise complaint after the concert and all we were doing was talking and we did laugh a bit in our room with the door closed but dear God you should not have to whisper. The worst was the next morning we woke up to someone being sick in the next room and it sound like the person was in our room. You could hear people's conversations even with the tv on. It was our first and last stay at the Casino. When I pay over $300 for a room I expect to not have paper thin walls. Very disappointing for sure.…
I and my partner had very clean and spacious room. We made reservations for dinner at Hotel for 7;00 am had to wait 30 mins at the bar before we got a table. The food service was poor, had to wait 45 mins before we received our food order.
We decided to take a mid-summer drive up from NH through NB and into NS. We decided to spend our first night at Hotel Casino New Brunswick. What a treat! Easy to find; it's the biggest sight off the highway. It was close to dining and exploring (see; Magnetic Hill, Moncton). The casino was clean and fun. The staff was particularly helpful and played along with our attempts to speak French. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was nice and firm and the accommodations were new and up to date. All this at a VERY reasonable rate for a Studio Suite corner room with great views. Not much left to desire except a HUGE win at the casino. Definitely worth the stop. Thanks, Hotel Casino New Brunswick!
I hate to be nit-picky but when you are 4 diamond hotel I have certain expectations I might not have otherwise. The same when I spend quite a bit of money to get a suite for the sole purpose of having a desk to work at. The room was clean and VERY minimalist, so empty it echoed. It looked like they took out all the furniture for this large all-in-one, poorly constructed credenza. The extra mini room that was supposed to have a desk didn't have anything but two chairs in it. The all-in-one thing was put together so poorly the doors didn't close or open right so the inside lights shined all night through the cracks. The TV was very small and for whatever reason, after it was shut off for about 10 minutes, the TV backlight would come on and stay on all night. There were very few outlets. I had to move an end table to charge my phone. The 3.5ft desk had to hold the coffee maker since there was no other flat surface with an outlet. Needless to say I got no work done as there was no room. That desk was about the only flat surface in the room. We got room service one night and I struggled to find a place to set the tray down. There weren't even the little stands to hold a suitcase or space in the shower to put anything down besides a bar of soap and shampoo. The final nail in the coffin was the fact that our bed was short sheeted for our entire stay. There was not much about this entire experience I would like to repeat. It is like they got the diamonds and stopped trying. We did go to a show at the attached theater and enjoyed it very much. There are no bad seats. Also, the pub from the casino that provided room service food was good.…
My employer was part of an industry trade show. I stayed here 3 nights and it is very nice. The hotel is modern and very clean. There is the casino attached to it with a buffet, and bar/restaurant that has live music on some nights. The rooms are moder, have rainshowers in the bathroom, and the beds are very comfortable. For what I paid, it is a nice hotel and casino. Downtown Moncton is about a 15 minute cab ride away.
Nice clean rooms, with pool and spa. Good food in the casino restaurant. A little pricey. Coffee maker in room. Robe to go to the pool. You get a voucher to use at the casino. Plenty of free parking and free wi-fi
Stayed in Moncton for a quick visit and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel and the restaurant in the hotel. The casino is also lots of fun and entertaining for anyone wanting a fun evening out. The Hotel offers two great restaurants, one has a bar. The hotel also has a spa and an indoor pool with a hot tub. The jets in the hot tub were superior to any I have ever used before. Will definitely stay there again when traveling through Moncton.
