Based on TripAdvisor reviews, we chose this hotel, and by golly, it did not disappoint. We were greeted by Juan at the front desk who is an incredible human with a ton of knowledge and suggestions of things to do and great banter. If you want to know more about where to dine, ask Brett. This guy knows them all, based on your budget. We were in a lovely cosy room and the housekeeper Barbara is a lovely lady. She made sure we were stocked and well looked after. We couldn't believe that the GM Jeremy came out to say goodbye along with Juan, but personally helped us load our suitcases into our vehicle. Never happened before. These little things add a lot of character to the hotel. We are also very stringent, critical and discerning hospitality partners in the Niagara region and we recognize fantastic service when we see it. Thank you St. Regis Hotel, Juan, Barbara, Brett & Jeremy for an incredible stay. You will see us again soon. S & J

Hotel's Favourite
Stayed at St. Regis for 4 nights . . The entire staff are professional. I meant it. Very accommodating, friendly and yet very polite. We arrived earlier around noon and got the room right away. Going up to the room is secure with keycard. We booked double bed. Room is a bit small for 4 of us but manageable. Bathroom on the other hand, is huge!! Duo sinks and plenty of space to put all your toiletries. Bed linens also super soft. Due to covid there will be no housekeeper cleaning during your stay but you can easily asked the front desk to swap your towels, get more water bottles and toiletries. Breakfast start from 7-10 am. The menu has 3 choices and is the same every day. Breakfast area also look elegant and servers are very attentive. Please guys leave them some tip. They well deserved it. The location is super easy to navigate. From the airport we took the train and cost $9.25 each and only walked 2 minutes once we got off from the train. Very convenient location. Souvenir store right across the street and price are very reasonable. A&W, 7-11 , shopper drug mart are literally right there. The Best bubble tea is on ground floor of the Granville train station which only a minute walk. Overall we loved our stay. Only little thing if they could have the fridge in the room. I have heard there will be $5-10 a day to arrange it. I think it would be nice to have one especially when its summer season. Shout out to Edward & super tall guy at the front desk. I think all of them. Sorry I can’t remember the names . They are all amazing. Oh, we left very early 4 am and got the taxi arranged to the airport $35. Cheaper than Lyft and he arrived 5 mins before set time. Amazing from the check in to the day of our check out. 5 ⭐️ St. Regis will be our 1st choice if we are going back. Why find another when you already found this gem!

Thank-you very much for taking the time to share your experiences at the St. Regis Hotel. As an independent, locally-owned hotel, guest reviews are one of the most important ways that travellers learn about us. We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We appreciate your feedback regarding in-room fridges--given the space considerations in boutique hotels, the St. Regis opted not to make them standard, but available by request, on a first-come, first served basis. They are free for guests staying in suites, and $5/night for those staying in guest rooms. Thank-you again for your review and for choosing the St. Regis Vancouver, we hope to see you again the next time you visit our city. Perfectly fine one night stay. We got in very late (11:30 pm) and the door was locked and the attendant did not initially respond to our pounding. But he eventually did. Room was clean and comfortable. A bit small but ok for a night. Bathroom and shower were great.
