We visited just for one night for a mini honeymoon. They made it so special. We had a bottle of champagne & chocolates waiting for us and they gave us full breakfasts when we only ordered smaller meals the next morning. They also allowed for...More

I can not tell you how frustrating this is. They said: Your breakfast is included in your room rate. We signed and paid for the bill when we checked out. Then they charged our credit card (without our approval) for breakfast. This is clearly unheard...More

I live in this area and the tourism and the scenery is absolutely spectacular. The wildlife is an abundance, and summer and winter sports are great. From canoing to hiking to skiing, it is an outdoor heaven.

Staff are fantastic and very friendly. Rooms are very nice but a little dated. Reasonably close to downtown Banff restaurants. Seems ridiculous that you have to pay $15 a day for underground parking. Seemed quite clean.

We paid $15 a day for parking in the Parkade at the hotel. It didn’t look like there is much street parking available.

Chance there will be snow. Cold nights, cool days. Days are short with late sun rise, early sunset. Upper elevations will almost 100% have snow. Ski hills open second week of November for context.
