Excellent Place
We were there for our 3rd time in February. Once again it was wonderful. Clean, well maintained and the service and food are the best. I would like to compliment the hole staff but there are always a few that go over and above like, Reggie and Carlos from the concierge. And also Felix the pool concierge. They are all the best and most helpful people. Then there was Himer in the Omggio Room. Great service! Auctivo and Jain Carlos around the pool were great! And who's better the Guillermo in the Lemon Grass. Great waiter. And of course the hardest working man in the place Francisco (Poco) at the beach! You cannot replace a man like him. He is so hard working, smart and kind. I will be back again just to see all the friends I have mentioned and so may more!

Family trip with 2year old
Excellent service!! Lamberto was the best pool side waiter and was so accommodating to us with our little “princessa” as he called her! Blanca was a pleasure to work with when it came to room accommodations and scheduling reservations! She checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was good! Felix was amazing as well! Went above and beyond for our family!

Bell Boys
This hotel is phenomenal. We have stayed here twice, and have loved every moment of each trip. The bell boys were especially helpful this trip, as they took care of every aspect of our luggage. From unloading/ loading, storing, and delivering to our room. The bell boys made transitioning to and from our room an absolute breeze.

Look no further
Our family of four, two adults and two teenagers, travel the world three to four times a year. This was our first trip to Marival Distinct Luxury Residences. First, a special thank you to Guadalupe, our concierge. She was always available and even came down to the beach to check on us and see what we needed. Truly lovely and amazing. Our accommodations were spotless and very comfortable. Two bedroom, two bathroom, washer and dryer, modern kitchen, family and dining room. The master was a very comfortable king bed and the boys had twin beds. They are each over 6’ but very comfortable. Note, there is a safe in the master bedroom. There is also a purified water station beside the elevator in addition to the bottled water in the refrigerator. The balcony was large and we enjoyed sitting outside in the am for coffee. The food was the best we have had in the 11 years coming to Mexico. I am a foodie and cook. The culinary was amazing. There are covered cabanas on the beach with liquor and food service. Do go upstairs by 5:45 pm for wonderful tapas courses, sunsets and drinks. The only restaurant at Marival Emotions that I would return to is the Italian restaurant. The restaurant by the ocean at Distinct was fabulous. The resort has a tennis court in excellent condition. They will take you to Emotions anytime you like. They have complimentary tennis lessons, six courts. This was as far as going to Europe for us but we would gladly make the trip again. This is the crown Jewel with first class plus service. We were not disappointed. Do the all inclusive and arrange your tennis and reservations before arrival with Guadalupe and Raquel.…

Are the Bali beds at the beach club/pools included? I see pictures of cabanas too and assume they require an extra fee.
I believe al of the beds at the pool were included at no extra charge. The Two cot cabanas at the beach were included. The extra large cabanas at the beach required an extra charge. The service at the pools and at the beach was simply outstanding.

Hi! What is the minimum age to use the fitness center?
Dear Jeremy, Minors of 16 years old and above may use our Fitness Center by an adult's supervision. 18 year-olds are considered as adults and they may access without restriction. Our best wishes,

Are there gym facilities and/or fitness classes? If so is there a cost to attend? Thanks!
Dear future guest, We have a gym inside our Spa facility, we also have yoga and pilates classes. These can be taken at the gym, fountain patio or at Mozzamare in front of the beach. They're included in your All-Inclusive. We hope to welcome you really soon. Our best wishes, Your family at Marival.

Do guests from Marival Distinct have access to Marival Emotions and vise versa? I see that Distinct has access to Emotions, but can’t find any information that Emotions has access to Distinct. Please clarify. Thanks
That is correct. Distinct can go to Emotions, but NOT vice versa. Distinct is much smaller and more exclusive with less people.
