Gorgeous 5 Star hotel converted from 16th c. convent. Perfect central location close to Museums, Cathedral, zocalo and fine restaurants. Fabulous breakfast included in rate. Rooms vary greatly due to age of structure. Choose an inside room for peace and quiet. Attentive staff.
Having stayed in other hotels Quinta Real and spent the day at the beautiful one in Acapulco, I was shocked at how shabby the room was. It is an outrage that the website calls it a suite. It was smaller than that of many three-star...More

There is free wifi in the public areas, and there are a few quiet spots to work without interruptions. Also there are several coffee shops in the downtown area where to sit and they offer complimentary wifi as well. As for the room I had free wifi as well but I attended a meeting in the hotel and I can't remember if the wifi was free or included in the meeting package, sorry for that little slip. Enjoy your time in Puebla!
