We usually don’t do the all inclusive but we took advantage this time as the rates were cheaper. Miguel at the concierge desk was great! He helped us get our dinner reservations everyday. You need to get the dinner reservations by 5 PM. Only once we weren’t able to get the time we wanted at Los Deseos. Miguel also helped us with the Covid forms. Good job Miguel! The restaurants were all good, although the menus are limited on All Inclusive. Our favorite was Baja Lobster. The Lobster Bisque in the bread bowl and the mignon were both excellent. Everything at Los Deseos was excellent, they have really stepped up their game and the menu is extensive. Jacks was ok…kind of hit or miss. The Palapa by the pool has good breakfast and lunch. Large servings on the salads and nachos..plan to share! The alcohol on the All Inclusive was limited. Middle of the road brands. The service around the pool was hit or miss also. It starts at 11 AM but you can get water or drinks earlier at the bar itself. The rooftop bar had no umbrellas, super hot in the sun but nice views. The spa was awesome, look for specials daily. Thank you Zenaida! And last but not least thank you as always Carmina for helping us with the room! See you in November

Hotel's Favourite
Where do I begin? So, there is usually a group of us that travel to Cabo together. Always a combination of friends and family. We always stay at Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa and have been for many years. In my opinion, the hotel is perfectly located. Less than 5 minute walk along the marina and you’re in town, AND about 7 mins to Medano Beach. I was there a week and never once took a cab anywhere. This is an older hotel, but it is beautiful, very well maintained and it’s very Mexican. Being from L.A. area, we have access to upscale, ritzy, modern hotels. This isn’t what we want in Mexico. We want to be in Mexico and this hotel provides that wonderful, warm feeling. The lobby is very pretty, the rooms are nice and spacious with great views of the marina and the beautiful pool area. This hotel offers an all-inclusive option and we do it because there are always at least 6 of us and it makes it easy for us to meet for breakfast and mimosas every morning and we like to do a couple pool days where we have lunch by the pool. We still go into town to try new places for dinner. Fredy was our server every morning, knew our drink orders and room numbers after the first morning. As soon as we sat down, we had coffee and mimosas in front of us. He was THE BEST!! As for the Covid issue, all of the hotels were at 30% capacity due to a flare-up in virus cases. Marina Fiesta was taking all the necessary precautions and they also provided the required Covid test needed to fly back to U.S. for 20USD. It was done on the premises by medical personnel from the hospital. This is my favorite hotel in Cabo and we are already thinking about our next stay. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location with great staff at a great value.

Remember your are not in the US or Canada . Things move a little slower in Mexico . You will start to slow down to the local pace after a day or so . Just say "no thank you " to the sales people on the boardwalk and they will leave you alone . Relax and enjoy !

Easy check in and out. The porter takes care of your luggage and takes you up to room. I really loved our room and was happy to start our vacation. Leonardo is very friendly and helpful. You should know that the restaurants need reservation set up before 5pm. I think it might be during this time or this is a new and will continue to stay. You can make all your dinner reservations or make them from 9-5pm. Which if you make them to late you may not get the restaurant of choice. We had dinner the first night on the resort property since we had a later flight. It was Italian and it was perfect. They have breakfast every day. It is nice to wake up and go down to our resort buffet. They also had lunch menu on certain days. That is perfect for your mid day snack or light meal. The property buffets are great if you want to relax by the poolside. I suggest trying the other places for meals. Then you can venture out and get a variety of food. I suggest when you are selecting your room that has all inclusive option. You have your food selections and the resort to have meals. There is a sister resort that you can use your all inclusive for 3 restaurants. If you are asked to do a tour for the sister company it is your choice to go or not. The pool and lounge chairs are spread out throughout the area. There is a pool/hot tub behind the buffet and has a nice view and feels relaxing. We liked the sky rood. It has 2 hot tubs and plenty of seating and a wet bar. Another place for great views and pictures relaxing and fun. The bartenders through out the resort are kind and helpful and fun. We walked the Medano beach and went in the water and sun tanned. Our resort is the golden boardwalk area where there is stores, market, mal and the all inclusive restaurants. The people selling excursions on the golden boardwalk and around the marina have the best prices. We walked into town during the day. There is Cabo Wabo, senor frog, hard rock cafe, Cabo Jacks. I would plan your days so you can see things you don't want to miss. We had a great time and we slept great. If you have a week I would do it then you can have some fun days, relaxing, exploring, activities. A mix of all of above. I hope you will enjoy your trip as much as we did. Thank you for the great customer service and hospitality and making our vacation memorable. I made some friends along the way too.

Great staff, location and food except for Jack's steakhouse. My girlfriend and I both got sick, me much more than her. Had to cancel our flight and stay in extra day bc I was sick in bed vomiting all day. Also called to ask right after checking in if liquor in room was free with all inclusive and was told yes. Was charged 90 for liquor and called a liar. Why would anyone pay 90 for liquor when it is free at the bar downstairs? I requested they pull phone conversations to no avail and was told I was lying. Not great treatment for guests, especially after getting sick from one of the restaurants!
