Augustin and Luis were amazing!! DELICIOUS cocktails with flare!!! So amazing with their skills. I would highly recommend spending time at their bar!! Wonderful! The motif was beautiful and the atmosphere was fun and relaxed!

Incredible food the amazing chef Alessandro always makes a great dinner. Ricardo Rodriguez, Olises Heredia!! All make it perfect!!! The risotto is awesome! Linguini with shrimp and scallops!! Yummy!!!

Absolutely blissful holiday! Staff are so kind and can’t do enough for you, had an upgrade on check in which was a wonderful surprise. Went here for a 40th with my family and it couldn’t have been better. Special thanks to our gorgeous pool/bar waitress Araceli Cutz who was always smiling and fabulous and also Eduardo Velasco who did the sane job near our swim up suite; they both made our holiday by looking after us all so well! best place ever!

first let me say that we love this place. It is both family friendly and a great place for couples, you decide how you want it. We have been there many times now. This past vacation, we went with two other couples and stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse suite! We had a rooftop balcony with a Jacuzzi tub! it was beautiful! Our concierge was Omar and he was delightful He welcomed us and checked us in. Ivan was our Butler and he was OUTSTANDING! best butler we have had. He went above and beyond the call of duty! He made sure our every need was met. He checked in with us multiple times a day, was quick to respond to all our questions and made sure everything was taken care of. He took time to get to know us and was a delight! Absolutely going to request him when we return! Candy and Gustavo were a blast for activities! We did aqua aerobics in the big pool every day and we had a blast! Their energy was awesome and we had so much fun! Our beach butlers/servers were also fantastic. Over the week we had threee that helped us Bernabe Perez, Alejandro Pat, and Pedro Uc made sure our beverages were always there and towels, pillows anything we needed. They weere polite and friendly and worked their butts off to accomodate us! Juan, our bartender at the tequilq Bar was amazing. He introduced us to a Smoked Mascal passsionfruit drink that was through the roof! He was super friendly and always took care of us! One night we had a private dinner on our roof top balcony . the chef and waiter came and set up our table, and prepared the meal right in front of us! The food was mouthwatering and out of this world! We had the argentinian grill. I have many allergies and they accommodated all of them. Jose and Carlos were the nicest, sweetest people and amazing! I can't wait for that again! We had the time of our lives. The monkeys in the trees, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and resort overall, we wanted for nothing. I would recommend this resort hands down!…

Wonderful vacation

Stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Amazing hospitality staff! The best Bali Bed Hosts include: Pedro UC, Elia Sanchez, Alejandro Put, and Berneby! The pool bartenders especially Carlos and Froylan looked after us every day. These people do the hotel proud and made our vacation wonderful! THANK YOU!
