Enjoyable all-inclusive resort
The overall experience was good. The grounds are very well kept, beds are comfortable, there are plenty of good eating options inside the resort, service is generally attentive, the gym is adequate and they don't make you sit through a time-share pitch. The only reasons I rate this property as a four are that the all-inclusive plan is way to expensive for what you get and the furniture and decoration of the units is too basic for what is supposed to be a luxury resort.

We have had an amazing stay at the fives resort! The service was excellent from the beginning to end. I can see why they have received an award for a great place to work. All the team here look like they enjoy coming to work and it shows in the care they take of their customers. Particular mention to Martin M who served us in the restaurant Koh Thai who could not do enough for us. The manager and chef also came to speak with us to ask how we could have made the food or experience better. The food is excellent at every restaurant and they cater for every taste. Will definitely be looking for these hotels again in the future! Thankyou!

Excellent food at Koh Thai
My family and I had a great time at Azul Fives Resort. It is our second year in a row coming to Mexico and we were sure to visit Koh Thai. I highly recommend the beef salad by Chefs Mina and Pedro and the service by Martin and Javier was great as usual.

Is the beach busy at The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences? Will we have to get up early to get spaces/chairs at the beach?
We were able to find chairs any time of the day . You can also pay for the large cabana bed
