We had an incredible time at this resort. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Roberto and he ensured everything was perfect. We were bummed getting to our ocean front room and noticing there wasn’t a balcony. Roberto was able to get us corner ocean front suite with a beautiful view. The hotel was very clean and safe indoors and outdoors. The entertainment staff were amazing…Osualdo, Yarelis, Anahi, Jose, Jennifer, Pedro, Ivan & Eduardo. They are all so upbeat and positive. It is hard to not have fun and enjoy your time in the sun. A special shout out to our favorite bartenders who made sure were never thirty… Lorenzo, Yendi, Laredo, Fracisco & Canul. Cheers!!!

Great staff, lobby clean and pretty and the preferred club beach was nice- but that’s where the positives end. Food is awful, drinks all tasted like they had saccharine in them...even the shots, and so, so weak- the bed was hard and pillows lumpy. When booking we were told we were eligible for a balcony room, but were told when we arrived the balcony rooms are an additional $150 dollars. I booked through Cheap Caribbean and they’re awful too- they separated us by changing return flights so that one of us flew through one city and arrived home at 10pm while the other flew somewhere else and arrived at midnight. They told us the transportation to the airport was included and yet when we arrived, they didn’t have our reservations so had to pay another $70 bucks to get to the hotel. I tried to call CC to change our return flights so we’d be together (I flew with my 75 year old mother) I waited an hour and a half to speak to someone and the call never got answered. Both CC and the resort tell you you get a $400 dollar credit to use at the hotel but fail to mention that if you want to use that credit for spa or other services they only accept 30 or 40 dollars worth (and the reason I say 30 and 40 is because some people in our group got $40 taken off of their spa services while other people got $30 taken off their services. Just for reference, a 50 min massage was $145, which meant after credit it still cost $115. Naturally the spa staff also try to negotiate the final cost of the spa services but in either case, we were led to believe that we could use those credits for things and then turns out you can’t use the full amount. To me it felt like bait and switch). On a positive note the massage therapist was really good. In either case, avoid the hotel if you care about food and drink and I will never book with Cheap Caribbean again.…

the first night of our stay we had to move to another room because our shower would not drain.. The front desk was no help with this situation. Maintenance came three times and could not fix it. When you take a shower the water comes up over your feet like your taking a bath. Which made me feel dirty.. moved to second room still same problem. The rooms are small!! There are places where you can see things have been caulked. The room has a Tiny closet not enough room for two people to put clothes in.. 2nd night we discovered little tiny ants. Smallest ant I ever saw. They were on our tables floors and a few on bed. We killed them then went on about our day. We came back in room there were a few more on our things. We killed those. At this point it's a nuisance, but we kept killing them and said to each other maybe it's a Mexico thing to be expected. we brought it up to our room hoping we could eat it before the ants we were wrong!! The ants won we did not get the enjoy our dessert or rest of our food! And the meal was $200!! Talking about pissed!! Will not stay again…

Had an incredible time at this resort! Upon Arrival there is a new outdoor hand sink to was and sanitize hands which is great. We were checked in by Maria who assisted us in getting the best room and we were able to upgrade there. We enjoyed a hydrotherapy journey which is an absolute must! The team in the spa is very professional and guided us through. We booked a massage for the next day and got Blanca and Liz who were fantastic! This was a super relaxing experience. The food is good and Gauchos was a favorite! The Lobby bar is perfectly located and the service is great. Very clean in all areas and masks worn by all Staff indoor & outdoor. The beach here is another reason we are headed back again in August, very calm and you can walk Thank you

This was such a fantastic vacation! The resort was so beautiful and the service was on another level. We spent 5 nights and the only problem we really ran into is there were some leaky roofs. The resort was very accommodating and moved us to a new room that did not have any issues.
