We stayed 6 nights and our experience from start to finish was an awesome experience! Our beautiful room was oceanfront on the 5th floor and it had a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool area. We had our own balcony. Our room was cleaned/refreshed twice daily (turn down at night with chocolate). Loved it! I highly recommend the Zen Spa. You will be missing out if you don't try it! The hydrotherapy water journey is like no other - thanks to Lucero for guiding me through it. My massage therapist, Rosy, provided me with the best massage that I've ever experienced. I felt great and not sore after my massage! The gym has everything you need including a lap pool which we utilized a few times. The restaurants are amazing. I'd have to say that Spice and the Casa del Cafe' were my favorite. Spice has many food choices and our waiter, Gisel, was very friendly and replenished my iced tea without having to ask me. The Cafe was great just to run into and grab a snack and/or coffee. They have lots of homemade goodies! We enjoyed the hibachi show at Asiana, the food was really good and we met some friendly people. The Punta Vista has really good food and it's an outdoor eating experience. The Cantina La Adelita is good, but I had a difficult time reading the menu. All in all, the hotel, nightly entertainment, and the staff are awesome! As far as the entertainment goes, Fiesta Night was the best, but the conversation seating in the lobby area was reserved so get there early and find a chair near the bar. Dress lightly as that area can be very humid. A special thanks go to our concierge, Suyin, who communicated with us via email and took our dinner and spa reservations. Just know that when you arrive, you will feel like you are in paradise and you will forget your back-at-home responsibilities. That's what vacations are all about! Enjoy!…
This was our first all inclusive resort and it was amazing. The staff , starting with Manuel were extremely courteous and helpful. Sparkling wine was brought to us on check in. A welcome greeting after a long hot day of traveling. Our ocean view rooms had views from the front and back. The hotel staff came in twice daily for cleaning and turn down. Food was incredible all around. Maria Marie the gourmet Mexican restaurant is not to be missed. Diego was incredibly attentive as was our waiter the first evening there. Camilo, the hibachi chef at Asiana was extremely talented and the food was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
My husband and I along with two other couples spent 5 nights at Hyatt Zilara last week. We all were accommodated in the swim up suites near one another per our request. The suites had everything we needed and were adequately stocked. One of biggest concerns was pool temperature because of a previous resort we had stayed at that was freezing. This resorts pool temperatures were perfect and very comfortable - from the swim ups to the activities pool to the main pool. They were out cleaning every morning and kept it very clean. The activity team was always hosting fun events and very involved. We never participate in activities at resorts but this team was so fun and got everyone excited and having a good time. Charly, Sergio, Nina, Tommy, and Brian were all incredible, friendly, and genuine. Sarai was sweet and we loved her being the MC. Sergio was our server several days in our beach cabana and even came to our swim up pools to check on us and take care of us every day. Adrian was also great in our cabana on our second day. We went to Time Out most evenings to watch some games and Ivan took care of us every night - he was very prompt, polite, and attentive with our service. Maria Marie was our favorite restaurant, Chef's Plate second favorite. We had the same waiter at both and he was great, I can't recall his name. The beach did have a lot of seaweed but the service was so great in our cabana that it didn't bother us much. This is one of the only resorts I will return to in Mexico and we've come several times. We loved the people and staff, and we can't wait to come back. We decided to stay an extra day and while we didn't get the swim up again due to availability, they quickly accommodated us to a 7th floor ocean view room which was great. Love Hyatt Zilara!…
I came to stay for 8 days with my friends at the Hyatt Zilara adult only experience and it was fabulous. Our butler Alonso really made it feel like home away from home! The room was immaculate and the views from the balcony was amazing make sure to wake up early one day and watch the sunrise and the sunset at sky gym terrace! You can’t miss it!
I celebrated my 39th birthday at the Hyatt Zilara Cancun. The staff went above and beyond to make it a great experience. The customer service is top notch. Staff members are constantly checking to make sure you have what you need.
Came here for my birthday and I fell in love from the moment we checked in! Their attention to details for those celebrating special moments is noteworthy. The property is kept sparkling clean! The spa area is amazing and the massages leave you feeling brand new. The staff does checks every time you leave the resort and even takes pics of the Uber/taxi driver’s license plates. That left us feeling very safe. The food options were okay. Great in taste just not as many options as I would’ve liked. Overall, I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Zilara again!
My wife and I stayed at this resort from 9/11 - 9/17. It was our first time at this property and neither of us have a single complaint. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. I can't go on enough about every wonderful experience we had each and every day. The room was beautiful, the pools were clean, the food was delicious, the entertainment was top notch and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit truly wonderful. Our concierge, Zyanya was the best, She was so helpful and kind, she helped make our trip that much better. My wife and I used the spa, you must experience it as it is awesome. Elizabeth literally had me so relaxed after my massage I felt like I was in a trance. As an early riser, I was in the café for my morning coffee and a slice of delicious carrot cake. Every morning I was greeted by Jose Luis with a smile and after day two we knew me and was preparing my order as I walked in. Though we loved all the restaurants, we ate at Asiana three times, our waiter Julio was the best. A new addition to the property (as I'm told) is a place called The Den. The Den was the best place to hang out and have a cocktail. The staff there were amazing. We attended a mixology class and a wine tasting class. Definitely a must do when you are there. I know I'm missing a ton of other wonderful things and if anyone has any questions please let me know…
My friends and I had a great time at this resort. Their staff in charge of entertainment did an amazing job at planning activities for the guests. The cabanas by the pool and the beach were great places to relax. The best part of this resort is hands down their spa!!!
Hyatt Zilara remains our favorite all inclusive, adults only resort in the Cancun area! We had our babymoon there in September and it was a wonderful last vacation! This was our 5th time staying with Zilara. We prefer the quiet side with a swim up suite. The ocean was the quietest I have ever seen it which was lucky for me that I was able to safely get in, and no seaweed this time. The food was great, the staff is always amazing, we couldn't ask for anything more. Love you Zilara! ❤️
I made reservations for our anniversay in January 2023. I called through the Hyatt regular tel. number but I noticed something about this reservation. When I tried to call back the main number I realized I had to call the Hotel directly and speed up the process. Thank you Adriana Garcia and Paola Gonzales. They were both very patient and warm and I was very impressed with their resolution of the issue. I now are even more excited about visiting your beautiful resort and know this is a hotel with a heart through their fantastic staff. .
