We only stayed 3 nights and I have to say the service was amazing! First contact was with Enrique at the World of Hyatt who show us all possible upgrades available and was very patient. Later we talked to Paulina who went above and beyond on every question or requested we made. Spice was a great place for breakfast and lunch, Arturo was a pleasure to talk to. He was like a magician, it felt like he could read your mind and bring you what you were just thinking of. Finally we met Chef Mitzi who made the impossible possible I found me a couple of fresh wild fish and prepared them specially for us! Delicious! The only disappointing part was Pelicanos, we had good breakfast there , but lunch was disappointing the 2 times we ate there.. food had no flavor it all! At Marie Marie the service was so so and the food a hit or miss, a couple of dishes were delicious and other 2 were very inedible. The desserts we got (flan and 3 leches) were bad too. The best meal we had was at the Hibachi! Finally the coffee shop was delicious! I wish I remember their names because service was great and all coffees and pastries were delicious!…
Our “butler” Fernanda was exceptional and made our stay very special. All the amenities were as described. We met so many fun people and the evening entertainment kept us happy to be on property. On the final day of our trip Jose Luis and Abigail gave us a warm send off - see the pic of our coffee to go. We too were sad to be leaving such a beautiful place!
She met us at check-in and sought out our every need. She used WhatsApp to communicate with us. Whenever we needed something or just had a question, while on property or off, we just sent her a message and she was on it like lightning. Her personal touch made our trip very special.
I stayed at Zilara with my partner and had to leave a review (which I do not normally do) because of the exceptional service. The hotel was clean and well maintained, all of the workers were very friendly and helpful, and our time there was full. The main highlights were definitely the food, the jacuzzi in the room, and the nightly shows. Our favorite restaurant was Pelicanos, the seafood dishes are amazing! We were literally there every single day for lunch. Maria Marie was our favorite for dinner. The chefs table was a fun experience to have and felt exclusive being in a private room with private chef and waiters. Our favorite waiter was Carlos Mortoner at the breakfast buffet. He was so attentive and seriously belongs in a high class restaurant. Fernanda was our individual butler and she was so amazing. We exchanged numbers and she helped to guide us with information about where to go, what to do, what to eat, reservations for restaurants, etc throughout our entire stay. She was even available on her day off and checked in on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. This kind of service was unmatched to any other resorts we have been even as globalist status members. We would definitely return to this resort and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cancun. You won't regret it!…
This place is amazing!! This was our first trip to Cancun and it definately did not disappoint. We have already decided to go back again!! Both the Welcome Ambassadors Sabina and Fernanda were awesome. They were so friendly and welcoming that they made you us feel right at home. Every one of the service workers there went above and beyond but for us Gabriel never let our drinks go empty by the pool and by the end of the week felt like a friend that we had always known. Josua in the Mexican restaurants was exceptional at explaining the menu and foods and so friendly, he even checked on us when we were at the Hibachi dinner. Carlos #1 and Fabian at Spice would never even let us carry our plates. This entire experience was so refreshing and just the vacation we needed during this crazy pandamic. Thank you Hyatt Zilara.…
