Beautiful property and wonderful stay
If you are looking for a lovely resort in Cancun, this should be on your list. Lovely landscaped property. Nice adult pool/beach/bar if you want a quiet spot to read/ snooze. Attentive service from everyone ! Dorris and Roberto ( Bldg 9) were the best ! Helped with reservations for dinner- even at the last minute. Food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet (mimosas/Bloody Marys) to all the various restaurants. We enjoyed one of the special events on the beach (Christmas - New Years week). Biggest inconvenience was that the rooms were far from the central hub (restaurants/pools). Hotel staff ran golf carts so you didn't need to walk or wait more than 2 minutes. Rooms overlooked the mangroves to the bay vs the ocean - but nice water view and sunsets.

Tennis Lesson with Ajda
Ajda was extremely helpful in giving my 10 year old son and his friend a terrific private lesson. She helped them with the basics. By the time the hour was up, they were rallying with Ajda. Thank you so much for your help Ajda. I really appreciate you working with my them.

Just whaaaaauw!!!!!
Great food! Great people! Good location! Whaaaauw !!! Nice rooms ... I love this place! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The Adults only part is also great! Here is also a separate restaurant and bar that are also sublime ... They will definitely see me here again!

Perfection !
Hopefully, you get what you pay for...this was the case ! Nizuc Resort lived up to my expectations and more although expensive. Top quality from begging to end. Welcoming staff, incredible architecture, perfect location with well groomed site and orientation with beautiful sunsets, excellent food and cocktails, nice gym and spa. It all contributed to a perfect week. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, staff and food
I should start by saying I’m not a big fan of Cancun, but This hotel is simply amazing. You actually forget it’s in the super touristic Cancun. Not only is it beautiful and well kept, but service is impeccable and the staff super friendly and helpful. The food is absolutely spectacular and I’d say they are at the Four Seasons level. Highly recommend!

Is there a charge for pool and/or beach cabanas?

Can anyone tell me how expensive the food is? There is a post from 6 years ago about this but the link to the menus has expired. Also I’ve heard we can plan on 150/pp a day but I’ve also read that just dinner can be 150/pp
