Best hotel in Cancun !!!
It's hard to put into words how amazing this hotel is, everything is so well made, the design is stunning and conservative and you see every little detail as meaning, definitely a five star hotel and even more, the hotel is an adult which is a very important detail, the food in the hotel is excellent and hard to imagine it is all inclusive , Especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant and steak restaurant, the hotel offers a large number of places to eat all of them are great, as well 4 pools and a 12th floor pool for customers in high-class rooms, we slept in a honeymoon suite which was amazing the view from the large balcony was so beautiful and the bath was so well placed, the hotel stuff pampered us and let us stay at the hotel until we got the room since we arrived a little early and let as stay in the hotel even after we left the room They even gave us a special room to shower before the flight, that was exceptional service. We will certainly return to the hotel and I would highly recommend it.…

Great Escape.
This is the second time visiting Secrets the Vine Cancun. The resort, restaurants & services are fabulous. We stay in preferred rooms With ocean views, which gives you concierge service & access to a pool, restaurant & concierge lounge. It is worth the money. Our concierge staff, Sergio & Erik were courteous, friendly & very helpful. There are 6 restaurants but our favourite is Blue Water Grill. The wait for a table is painful but it is worth it. The manager Gustavo & Jairo our waiter were amazing. It’s a great escape & in a wonderful location

Hasn't what we were expecting
We went to Secrets Los Cabos last January and thought it was great, so we decided to try this secrets and was very disappointed. The two secret resorts are not even comparable to one another. We will not be coming back here unless we win or are given a free stay. Extremely slow service, food is way below par compared to Secrets Los Cabos, even the layout of the two are totally different which we could see beforehand but definitely like the secrets in Los Cabos much much much better. The one good thing was Fernando the poolside waiter was great! Mariana was friendly too We had room numbers 1708 & 1710. The water views were great, inside of the rooms were modern and clean. However the noise from the compressors and fans below were somewhat loud.

As this hotel is all inclusive is tipping expected?
Tipping is not expected but it's a good thing to do because of the service and treatment you receive from the staff and bartenders.

what kind of beer is available (american) bud light? I've been to other Secrets and they had Bud Light and Coors .
